We are so glad to have found Tracie to help us with buying our first home! She did a fantastic job educating us on the process and all of our options, including things we hadn't heard of before like buying our interest rate down. Tracie's team was prompt and attentive every step of the way. They made getting all of our information to the lender very straightforward and were there to make sure we understood all that we were signing and had any questions answered. We ended up closing early since the process went so smoothly.
