Be aware that if you sign a contract with Regus it renews every year. If you are unable to keep your payments current they will renew your contract for another year even if you asked to cancel. These are unacceptable business practices. If you call the front desk at the local office they do not even know how to contact their corporate office. If you go on their main website it is very difficult to find a phone number. When you find the phone number it is a message instructing you to log into your account and open a ticket.
Ridiculous

I worked on the 6th floor of this building and just loved the front desk crew. John Henry made me smile each and every morning! So thankful for the tech crew that was keeping our beautiful building running smoothly. Love the lobby, clean bathrooms!

Quiet office space in downtown StP. Close to many mid day eating spots. Office administration is super pleasant and very willing to assist with the small details.

There's a company in this building with the label "Inside Out" on their door. According to Google, this company is closed, permanently. However, just today, my son delivered an order to this address, Suit 350, "Inside Out". Located on the third floor. The order came from Sam's Club, delivered through the Spark app. Multiple items, weighing over 200 pounds. They paid him $9.00. Whoever ordered this massive order, offered no help, and gave no tip. Thanks, guys, you suck. Spark drivers beware.

I arrived for my appointment and nobody knew about. The person who was to be there wasn’t. I received a follow up call later in the day with an apology. I didn’t rebook.

My experience with St.Petersburg Regus location was utterly disgusting. The “Community Manger “ Karmeta Parks was very unprofessional and rude. She Did not want to check the mail room because as she stated “it’s 9:00 AM I just got here I’m not checking anything” I will no longer be doing business with this company I am disgusted with the front desk staff.

Couldn't get past the impertinent receptionist/gatekeeper, John, on my first call to rent office space. If the person answering the phone is this rude imagine what upper management looks like.

Run away. Regus will screw over any business with the fine print 2 year auto renewal. I had a handshake arrangement to pay every 6 months and then got slapped with a 2 year auto renewal i knew nothing about. Way to go Regus, friend of smLl biz

Nightmare experience. Talked to Karen Symos and agreed to a one year contract; she claims that an email was sent stating that if the contract wasn’t terminated it would be renewed for a TWO year period. Email never received. Dealt with corporate in Texas and agreed to pay for one more year (which we were never able to use the facilities during covid due to closure) and now they are insisting on another year for a service we no longer use. They are combative on the phone and not helpful at all.

For someone with a normal day job who needs the shared space after regular business hours, you are out of luck. They are inconveniently open 8:30-5:00 Monday through Friday only. You can’t even rent a conference room outside of normal business hours. No wonder their locations are shutting down. The Carillon location closed and compared to the 24/7 access you get at Station House, the decision to pass on Regus is a no brainer. Plus, Station House will allow you to cancel whenever. Regus holds you to your contract and won’t let you break it early.
