Unfortunately, we didn't have the best experience at this shop. The owner didn't have good customer service skills. IE: He didn't call us or texted us back at the end of each working day (which passed the original estimated date of completion). We didn't know what exactly was going on with our car.He initially mentioned that he spoke both Spanish and English and preferred Spanish but when I wrote him in Spanish, he claimed that he didn't understand what I wrote and had to get it translated, though when we arrived to pick up the car he was speaking perfect Spanish to a coworker.The car does seem to be working now, however he did make a mistake and had to take it apart again and that's why it took much longer for us to get it back....we didn't know what was going on in the meantime. We were initially supposed to have it back within 3 days and it took a week and a half. Meanwhile when we ask about the status he's just replying "I'm working on it and I'll give you an update when it's done" but never included an estimated time of completion.Angel, may be a good person (we don't know), but don't expect great customer service as a mechanic and he smokes like a chimney so expect he'll be taking lots of smoke breaks too.It's common courtesy to take 5 min. at the end of the day (he closes at 4:30) and call back a paying customer to explain what happened today with their car and what will the mechanic work on the next day. If I'm spending over $1,000 for any service, I want details!I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone.

If i could give this shop negative stars i would. Angel is horrible when it comes to customer service, he lies, doesnt own up to his mistakes and wont call you back. I dropped off a 2013 Explorer since the water pump was leaking, that water pump requires taking off the timing chain, so i bought the whole timing kit. I dropped it off on a monday and was supposed to have it back Thursday. On Tuesday i asked him for some pictures which he provided and then called me to update me, at this time he didnt mention any issues with the car at all. Thursday came and he calls me, he tells me that he checks every vehicle that comes into his shop for codes, he tells me the car came in with code P0017, which is a timing correlation code. I told him the car had no such code when it was dropped off, it had no check engine light. He said everything was put back together and now the car was running rough due to this. I did my research and on the Explorer forums and people had the same issue after swapping out the water pump because the timing wasnt set right. He wanted to blame the problem on it alreasy existing when it didnt, the car had no check engine light on and ran great other than the leaking water pump. He also broke one of the valve covers which i had to now purchase a new one. He was trying to add parts that werent needed when i told him the timing wasnt set right. He finally tore back apart again and did it right but still wouldnt admit that he made the mistake. It took a week and a half to get the car back. It was almost impossible to get this man on the phone, and when you did he was rude as can be. I had AAA have a tow truck to get it from him to take to a different shop but he refused to let the car go, he said we owed him money...... well we couldnt pay him because he refused to answer his phone or call us and i live 4 hours away. Beware if you decide to take your car here. You have been warned. Lots of better shops out there to take your car.

The customer service my family and I received from Angel was absolutely horrible. We dropped off the car on a Monday, he promised it would be ready Thursday of that same week. I completely understand that things happen, problems come up, issues arise. But when it’s your car that’s being worked on, you need to know what is going on and what the next steps will be. All we were informed on the day of pick up was that the car was showing a code unrelated to the problem we took it in for. We went Friday, Saturday and Sunday trying to reach Angel by phone calls and text with no response. I drove down to the repair shop on Saturday and everything was closed. On Monday afternoon when I stopped by to inquire about the status of the repairs, he was completely rude telling me he had other cars to work on. Which I completely understand, but we had been trying to reach him with no response and didn’t know what was going on with the car! Instead of him giving me an answer as to what was happening he just kept saying I’m working on fixing it. I had to ask him to please lower his voice as I was being respectful to him and would like to be treated with the same respect I was showing him. Instead he kept yelling and swinging his arms in the area in an angry fashion. He told me the car would be ready no later than the following afternoon, which would of been Tuesday. Still no response from Angel. On Wednesday morning when I showed up he literally walked away from me without saying a word, got into another car and drove away. His assistant that was present informed me that he was test driving another car and should be back. I waited, when he returned he said “I’m working on it, you people need to leave me alone” and I told him “sir we just want an update that’s all and sadly you’re not responding to our calls or messages to give us one.”My family was able to pick up the car after almost 2 weeks. Communication is very important in any business and it’s sad to see it lacking when it comes to something as important as your car’s care, even more so when the person in charge is being awfully rude and unprofessional to you as the customer.

WOW! In today's digital day-of-age I rarely find a company that gets real customer service right as well as QUILES AUTO CARE LLC does. I mean, these guys are AMAZING! They are so helpful and friendly whenever I need help of any kind. When I call or email, they answer or get back with me quickly. They're always in a great mood, happy, and it's honestly contagious! I've bought so many products and services from companies that just don't do what they say they'll do. But with QUILES AUTO CARE LLC , that's just not the case. From the beginning of our relationship they have delivered time and time again. And, they continue to do EXACTLY what they say they will do. Their service is amazing, my results have been above what I expected, and I can't think of anything they could do to make my experience better. HIGHLY recommend!

Simply awesome! That's how I describe QUILES AUTO CARE LLC to my friends and family. I'm deeply skeptical of most companies I do business with, and for good reason. Most companies don't do what they say they will and deliver on their promises QUILES AUTO CARE LLC .is a rare exception! From the first time I reached out to them my experience has been outstanding. They answer my calls, and return calls and email me back promptly. Most important, they are so friendly, helpful, and nice when we talk that I don't even want to get off the phone. Their service has been a life-changing experience for me as it's delivered results WAY beyond what I hoped for. Most companies I deal with over-promise and under-deliver. With QUILES AUTO CARE LLC, it's the complete opposite. The results they've delivered me are well beyond what they promised in the beginning. I'm not one to leave reviews for any company, good or bad. But, I had to leave this one as I'm just so happy with my results and the service I've received. OUTSTANDING company to work with! I just can't highly recommend enough.
