I brought John my Omega Seamaster he sold me several years ago to replace a band retaining pin. While I waited in the shop, John replaced and repaired the band. I highly recommend Quality Tyme Rare & Fine Timepieces based on its professionalism, courtesy, and outstanding technical competence. Semper fidelis!

Stevenson: I started sending mine and mY wife's watch to Quality Tyme around 2005 after a local " authorized " Rolex repair facility in Pittsburgh, Pa did not service our watches to my satisfaction. I have been sending our watches to them ever since. John Brozak knows Rolex watches extremely well and provides excellent service. He evaluates them meticulously and calls you to explain what is needed and what it will cost before performing any work. He explains what is absolutely needed and what is recommended routine maintenance so you can decide what you want him to do. He provides up to a 3 year warranty for his work depending on it's age and I know that he honors the warranty from experience. Unlike other service facilities/departments there is no phone tree to frustrate you. After pushing the number for service the call is answered and usually by John. If he is unavailable at the time of your call he always calls back. I normally do not write reviews but this one has been earned.

If I could give 10 stars I would. John was able to inspect and fix my Tag while I waiting - just a simple battery but he did some basic service, lubed gaskets, etc. Very reasonable price, fast and knowledgeable service!

Respond to customer inquiries. Sent them a watch for repair in late January. Received repair estimate and paid it. Now nearly 4 months later no response to my e-mails or phone calls. Next communication will be with Better Business Bureau.

After a long review process, I chose to go with Quality Tyme to service a vintage Rolex oysterdate mainly because of its convenient location (three blocks away from where I live) and also the positive reviews online. I was extremely happy with the service that John provided with my watch. He is extremely knowledgeable and responsive providing excellent customer service. Further, he guarantees his service for three years which provides great peace of mind especially when you are trusting him with expensive timepieces. I have been so happy with his service that I went back to him to help locate a different watch for purchase. Without doubt, he came through with a beautiful watch that I am happily wearing as we speak. I initially went to Quality Tyme for convenience but will keep going back because of the quality and service they provide!
