Jennifer is a God sent, this hurricane has been rough on my roommate and myself. We walked in to the lobby asking to use an outlet, withojt hesitation she allowed us to sit and charge our phone since our house was damaged in the storm. If it wasn't for her we would have anywhere to feel some type of safety and contentment.

I had a good staying in quality in. Miss joy has very good customer service. Very good employees. Rooms on point, coffee as well, towles are very clean. Very clean room and cozy. Pool is a good size to swim and to hang with friends. Good area as well. Housekeepers on point with the rooms.

I would like to express my gratitude towards Tara and the hotel staff. We have lost everything due to Helene and they have helped accommodate us in every way they can. Hotel is clean, breakfast is delicious and I am very thankful I found this place for my family to stay.

The front desk girl Erin was very helpful and made me feel at home. The lobby smelled amazing.

The bathroom smelled like cigarettes, the floor was all tile now but still dirty. Walking on it made my socks black. Overall a cheap hotel, breakfast was ok with a waffle maker and yogurt plus bread and biscuits.

I am a big reviewer,so know that my review will be honest and fair. For the price this hotel was outstanding! Now, if your looking for a $120/130 room for $85/95 then you MIGHT have a few issues. I will state the following what I liked about this hotel for the price and what it didn't offer compared to the big chain more expensive hotels. With that being said the only big difference I noticed was that there was no fitness room. The rooms were CLEAN and NICE - only thing I could find that might be a issue with some & or compared to the bigger chains is that the beds are a little on the firmer side and the pillows a little smaller. Also, they do a serve breakfast both hot and cold which was nice, now their cereals weren't the best raisin brain and foot loops and their oatmeal wasn't fruit but cinnamon and apple flavored but they did have oranges and apples that were fresh & nice. They had bagels, English muffins and toast with a waffle maker too, I mean come on for the price, it was great! I did had to ask for "more" towels at the pool, but again. This hotel was absolutely amazing compared to the other hotels in the area for the same rate. The front desk ladies I met were great too. I mean if you want a top dollar hotel pay for it, but if your looking for the next best thing this is it! ❤️

Rooms: nice rooms, very clean. Polite woman at the reception. I took this one for 70 dollars and the cleanliness is like for 150$

Still owes me a refund of over $1600 from more than a month ago. Jennifer, the manager, is completely unresponsive to emails and calls and when you do get ahold of her she just doesn't care. I have proven to her that I didn't get my refund but she says I did. Stay far away from these thieves.
