Absolutely horrible customer service, rude and aggressive attitudes. They really should invest and to go thru some customer support training classes before they talk to any more customers.

This place is the processor for my credit union and is making me jump through hoops to figure out how to connect it to my budgeting app.I have 0 issues with all the other various banks, CUs, lenders, etc. Just this one. Why is it so behind the times? Do not recommend credit unions use this company, they are very bad at customer support.

Great culture, Meaningful Work, Generous Benefits, Decent amount of PTO, Work/Life balance very good ..in my opinion this is easily one of the better companies to work for in all of Florida!

I got a call out of the blue from a "John" about a card which I did not have. It sounded fraudulent so I disconnected. Then I got a letter without a letterhead but my Credit Union's name and the 560 Carillon Pky address about the same card, through USPS. As I felt that this could be fraudulent too, I have sent a Secure Message to my credit union attaching a copy of the letter. I await my CU's response.A web search of the address revealed that there is some kind of anti-fraud entity at that address but it is a strange way of doing business and inspires no confidence in their integrity.

PSCU is a company that gets contracted for disputes and fraud claims from banks and credit unions. They are a bunch of complete incompetents. I had a case, submitted all the information they requested and silence followed. I complained to my financial institution and I was told that they rely on PSCU for support. The problem is that instead of acting upon the submission of my information they did nothing. They even had the guts to ask for additional information like a 16-digit CC through e-mail. Aside from not following the process and staying on top of their cases they are lazy and they ask customers to do stupid things, probably because they lack training and common sense. I checked the PSCU entry on the BBB website: bbb.org/us/fl/saint-pete…. Apparently, they have 20 complaints closed in last 3 years and 6 complaints closed in last 12 months. It sounds like a pretty good record! 20, 3, 6, 12 ... I add 1 ... yes, 1 star!

The overall Organization is fine. But This location has a very bad reputation. Due to them protecting their poor non existing leadership. I’d advise googling their scandals . Some proof of employees cry for help, were even removed from TikTok & other platforms that documented the horrible, toxic work environment employees dealt with. The disgusting behavior left untreated is enough to make the devil run and hide. Do extensive research before considering working here.—-colleague of past employees.
