We lived here for 2.5 years and absolutely loved it. We thought the staff, the maintenance guys and the neighbors were great. Love the landscaping and amenities too!

The customer service was ok but halls were dirty and the elevator was scary (building 8)

Gary took my boyfriend and I on a tour a couple of weeks ago and he was great. He was very genuine and not just a friendly front to sign a lease. the complex was sooo nice and a pretty good price. In a great area with lots to do as well. if we end up choosing to live in the st pete area this is definitely where we want...
