If you need to have your Four-legged family member groomed, this is the place to go, definitely ask for Casey. My dog Gus, is 17. Casey was most concerned that Gus felt loved and that he had no anxiety. She would give him little breaks when she felt they were necessary. Gus has many warty, looking moles on his legs, as he has aged. Casey was so gentle Grooming Gus. Also, too, Gus has become a little crotchety in his old age, But he had no problem, letting Casey handle and groom him. Gus has arthritis in his joints and in his back, And still, Gus allowed Casey to do her magic. Thank you Casey, I am so thrilled I found a groomer here in Florida, that I am so comfortable, and at ease with, you are truly a blessing.Kimmy Eberline ??

I took my young Rottweiler at 115lbs into the groomer so he could associate with sounds and things. I left a bag of treats and instructions about how to handle Vidarr. To my surprise, he ended up staying there for hours with everyone having a blast, learning all about new sounds and the tools used by groomers, and the groomers were happy to teach the young but oversized boy. Very happy with how they treat my dog. They go above and beyond.

Friendly staff, clean facility and great dog washing stations. They are always clean and ready for me to drop in and wash my pup. Prices are what they are for a lot of the goods, but I go there mostly to restock food and wash the dog. I have yet to walk in the door without being greeted.

I love this store, I have fish, rabbits and a dog and get everything I need here and more at the best prices. Their employees are the nicest and always super helpful, especially Rice, today he went above and beyond helping me figure out a very complicated fish tank cleaning device I was ready to give up on. Thank you Rice, you rock! I hope your employer knows what a gem they have in you.

Great service at the pet salon! Super nice staff and the manager Kasey is kind and takes phenomenal care of your furbabies-treats as her own! Store is nicely laid out, clean and the staffs friendly and helpful.

Disgusted and Disappointed!I order a $66 bag of dog food on line to be delivered to my car yesterday. Today I arrived and called the number to have it brought out. Unfortunately, after sitting in my car on 90* temps, they could not find my order even though my card was changed.I went in and asked for a floor manager… she came over and immediately said “don’t give me attitude”. To which I replied “I don’t need your sh$t, just take care of the problem. She ordered me out of the store several times and refused to give me a refund or food. Thankfully a very helpful cashier did the job she should have.The store manager in the back that she was whining to never bothered to help either.

Shelbie and Yasmin are excellent groomers and very sweet with my dog Bubba Jones. He loves his grooming, and so do I. I highly recommend these gals for their attention to detail and gentle manner with animals.

Pretty nice pet supply store. Geared mostly toward dog and cat supplies, followed by fish, reptile and bird. Also some live animals for sale. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
