Went in today saw they were busy and saw all the carts w/ orders mine was easy to spot...I verified my name and order # w/ email and got in line behind 1 person at counter. Cashier starts shouting next in line I ask am I not in the right place I'm picking up my order. She proceeds to tell me 3x that I'm supposed to get in line then show them the email and wait for them to go get, while others are helped and then proceeds to shout again next in line. I simply say I didn't know and proceeds to tell me a 4th time the protocol and only then decides to very I have right order following me saying have a nice day & shouting for next customer ( the people she kept shouting at were visiting w/ a couple that had a stroller and baby still deciding on items at the front). Guess easier to have delivered next time lol

She answered all my questions and I will definitely be using her as the veterinarian for my aging dog. Location was easy to find and the staff to include reception and Vet tech were very friendly and thorough.
I had to edit my review to add additional kudos for Dr. Kempfer and her staff. I received a text message follow up from the office and had several questions. Dr. Kempfer and her staff responded quickly to answer the questions. I am so impressed with their service.
8/4/25 I just had my second visit and again very impressed with their service care DR. Kempfer provided and taking time to fully discuss all my dogs care. Lauri was so efficient with all the documentation and follow up needs. The check in staff was very friendly. I don’t mind traveling from Port Richey to visit this temporary location.
9/2/25. I just had another visit for a follow up treatment with Dr. Beck and the Vet Tech Lauri and was very impressed with the services received and attention to detail on additional requirements needed for overseas travel. Lauri is very detailed and documenting the requirements needed and scheduling additional appointments prior to my departure. I highly recommend Dr. Kempfer and Dr. Beck. The VCA app is also beneficial and easy to use to schedule appointment appointments and obtain medical history information.

Winston has only been to dog training classes twice, and we’ve already seen such a huge improvement in his behavior and anxiety! Heather has made this puppy and dog training experience truly wonderful. I’ll be honest—I was hesitant and nervous about bringing him to class. I’ve been in situations where Winston pulled me to the ground, and people have said hurtful things about him, calling him “too crazy.” So coming in, I didn’t have high hopes. But Heather created a safe and welcoming space for us. She guided us with positive reinforcement dog training techniques and showed us how to properly care for and handle our chocolate lab. She’s built our confidence while creating a supportive community where we feel seen, heard, and comfortable sharing our concerns without judgment. I love her saying: “You don’t know what you don’t know until you do.” We never felt guilty for not knowing how to train Winston, but now we do — and it feels amazing. We’re still learning so much every class! Heather’s experience, knowledge, and care for dogs and their families are unmatched. If you’re looking for professional puppy or dog training in Tampa, especially for dogs with anxiety or behavior struggles, I can’t recommend Everyday K9 Training enough. We’re so excited to continue this journey and see how far Winston will go!

He is a patient, gentle teacher when it came to my training and the treatment of my one year old puppy. Chip was CRAZY about him from the moment he came through the door. He just loves him - but more importantly, he trusted him completely. Chip's puppy behaviors we were struggling with have improved dramatically over the course of his training, and as far as I am concerned, will only continue to improve with time. He is now housebroken, the accidents stopped after about week 2 of training. That was not part of the curriculum, but a welcome bonus. Field trips are a great time and really boosted my confidence as we ventured out into public supervised, and shown the right way to interact with both the public and other dogs. If you are shopping for a trainer that uses positive reinforcement, kindness, and a game plan tailored to your dogs needs, Look no further. Mr. Bruce is worth every penny!!!

Not overdone and hard like most places but fluffy and yummy.
