This tow company was recommended by my insurance agency. I live in Pinellas Park but broke down in New Port Richey (NPR). It took 2 hours for them to get to me despite 3 phone calls FROM THEM and each time they said their eta was “22 mins” “just 10 minutes” “very soon”. After the 2 hours, they finally arrived and put my car on the flat bed. My friend was there to drive me back home but first we needed to drop the car off in St. Pete at a tire company. We communicated with the driver that we would meet him there.My friend and I arrived in St. Pete 35 mins after leaving NPR. We sat in her car outside the fire place waiting for the tow truck to arrive.After waiting for another 30 mins, I called Pagan towing. The dispatcher yelled “he’s on his way” and hung up.2 hours after leaving NPR, the tow truck still hadn’t arrived in St. Pete. I was pissed to say the least. I called both dispatch and the driver and neither would answer my calls. I realized dispatch was no longer taking calls (it was now after 10pm) so I focused on the driver phone. I called 6 more times and was sent to voicemail. I called my insurance company who tried multiple times to get ahold of Pagan to no avail. The insurance agency suggested I call non emergency to report my vehicle missing.It was 11pm (4 hours after I called for a tow and 2 hours after leaving NPR) that I called to report my vehicle missingAs I was on the phone with non emergency, a DIFFERENT TOW TRUCK and driver pulled up with my car.Apparently, the original driver who picked up my car had to use his truck for a new call and they decided to put my car on a different tow truck without ever calling me - the customer - to give me a heads up as to what was happening with my vehicle.I will never use this company again. Poor communication. Poor customer service. Poor all around.

Thanks Shane for coming and towing my car. Had a sliced tire on my MB electric vehicle. Great service. Professional and efficient. Would recommend using Pagan towing again. Excellent customer service by Shane the tow truck operator.

Driver couldnt find me and kept calling when I told him the phone was 2% battery he said i need to look up an address for him to try to find me and its not his job to find me. ARE YOU STUPID? YOUR ENTIRE JOB IS FINDING YOUR DESTINATION AND TOWING!

This company is honestly the best of the best. Every driver I’ve worked with (and I’ve had a couple in the past months) has been super helpful and nice and communicative. Especially the driver tonight, Shane. Another driver (I’m forgetting his name but if I get it again I’ll update the review) has also been fantastic. They have also always flat towed my car and that’s a super plus! Please use them for your towing needs!!
