Your nurse lies. Told you I refused care now here I am still with an infection no warning no conversation as to what was happening. Horrible communication, horrible care and that nurse should find another job, because she's a liar. Never again!!!!

I have had the best nurse anyone could ask for and my medicine supplies is always on time and I'm asked if I need anything else etc. I really have been greatful I have had such a awesome RN.

Option Care Health stepped up to the plate when I was due to be discharged and another pre arranged Home Infusion Co. (Not mentioning the name Coram / CVS) attempted to extort $7400 from me. OCH Charged me a third, immediately initiate me as a patient, Contact all Physicians, Hospital and Home Health to coordinate my medication. There was a minor concern with the the first delivery which was abruptly handled. It had nothing to do with late / no delivery. The OCH Staff has been 100% consistent in providing my medication and care. The outstanding and consistent communication was very impressive. I am contacted constantly to be advise of blood draws, results, Doctors review, any changes, thorough listing of supplies and ensuring that Home Health is updated. Who could ask for any better?This is my final week of IV Therapy; in event of any unfortunate health care issue with myself or another, I would without a doubt request the services of OCH. I wish to personally Thank One & All for taking such great care of me.Truly Yours, Roger T.

They are very difficult to work with. My phone calls are never returned, my emails never replied to and when you call customer service I think the call goes to India, I can not understand what they are saying half the time because their accent is so strong. If you have the option to go somewhere else for your medical needs, I would definitely do it. If you don't have that option, do not expect replies ever. I have an appointment in 2 days and I have been trying to call for 2 days and no one will respond, I have no idea what time my appointment is.

I have been receiving formula and supplies for my husband’s tube feeding from Option Care for 4 years. I have never had a bad experience. They even tracked us down when my husband was in the hospital to make sure he received his monthly order. I couldn’t be happier with their service.

Communication is very poor. We can NEVER get any response when ordering supplies. We've been MONTHS now trying to get supplies with NO response!

Unfortunately, since the pandemic this company has most of the infusion customer service group working from home, which means NO PHONES are answered, and once you are aggravated, and opt to leave a message for call-back, you may rest assured that you will be called back, ASAP, by absolutely NO ONE. One time 3 weeks ago, I did get an answer, and the agent was so busy tending to home-stuff (dogs barking, etc) that she failed to properly enter the order, so now weeks later, no enteral feed bags, no supplies, and no phone calls, to or from...This has happened too many times over too many years...seems the only bright spot that I can find with option care is Pam the pharmacist , who seems to truly care about her customers.Thanks, Pam!

This place is a mess!!! The last 4 months my tube fed child's order has been late, coming separately or "back order." I ordered her monthly prescribed amount of feed on Friday, received only a partial order. No supplies. I call at 8:30am on the dot today, left on hold for over 15 mins and then the rep THOUGHT it was ok to tell me to stop interrupting her and over talking her when I was trying to explain that because of OPTION CARES mess up, I now won't have enough formula to last all month. I get hung up on for asking for a supervisor. Kudos! Now I'm waiting on a Manager to call me back and still haven't corrected my daughter's feeds.

Company is fraudulent. Charging my account without sending the formula I’m owed. I contacted billing who is trying their hardest to wait me out of the 60 days I have to claim fraud on my card. Nightmare experience.

Patient was discharged from hospital & infusion nurse was to meet at home with patient & family @ 5:00pm when med dose was due. She called @ noon & said she was on her way to home. She was informed that patient had not been discharged but she went to home anyway & taught an older family member with no medical background how to do an infusion through a PICC line with no demonstration on the patient. Company called @ 4:00 pm to request a nurse demonstrate @ 5:00; spoke with intake nurse who said she would contact director of nursing who would call & no call was received. Patient had a severe encephalitis & when hospital called, they stated patient should not miss a dose of medicine. Medicine was every 24 hours. Company offered to send nurse out the next day at 5 which meant patient would miss a dose of medicine. Company is extremely unprofessional. Offered to send a you tube video. Most elders are not technical enough to get you tube. I’ve been a nurse for 50 years & I've never seen such an unprofessional approach to SAFE patient care. I expressed that this was totally unacceptable which fell on deaf ears. Called every line & left messages with no response. This company should be reported to Better Business Bureau & medical professionals should avoid them at all cost. This was reported back to Brandon Regional hospital to avoid referring to this company.

Utilized Option care while I had a picc line for lumbar osteomyelitis. Totally positive experience. My nurse, Abby was terrific, taking time to show my fiancee how to administer the drugs, and walked us both thru each step. Would definitely recommend.
