I won't go into how they never get back to you when you're trying to do something. But was even worse. Is they have certain hours on their stores? When to stop by again to figure something out and it says open till 4, but of course, they're closed. I can't do it anymore. I'm not chasing somebody to give them my money.

Thank you One Stop Kitchen and Bath. Vince Campbell was so easy to work with. His design ability and recommendations for my kitchen and bathroom remodels were exactly what I was looking for. OSKB provided the best remodel experience. Vince also recommended a project manager, Joshua Selbach for my many other condo remodel projects. Thank you Vince, Joshua was the perfect project manager. Waste of our time! Called ahead, told 3 sales people were on the floor eager to help instead only one older woman who begrudgingly had to leave her chair, barely an acknowledgment, forget a smile and a don't let the door hit you in the a$$ when leaving. She immediately judged us out of the gate insulting us to our face, saying, "Our kitchens will be at least $20k for 10x10 but you're more than welcome to buy Chinese junk for half." She didn't bother to ask us questions or even look at what we had in mind. We quickly walked the showroom by ourselves since she had no intention of bothering, upon leaving - nothing. We gladly drove away in our SL... So Rude!

Horrible experience. The only tolerable aspect was that of Gloria the designer. She designed an excellent layout for my kitchen complete remodel. That is where anything positive stops. I was quoted one date for the start of the project, but close to 2 months later it actually began. The office never called me. The office/scheduling is incompetent and has a serious lack responsiveness. I never heard from anyone, I was the one having to call to get updates. Once the project began, was relatively organized. However, they have a person that comes in to do the odd work. The project was happening mostly while I was out of town. Using the cameras in my home, I saw that they used my bathroom without ever asking and worse, one of the contractors had their girlfriend come in my home and use the bathroom. When I addressed the issue with One Stop, they apologized but the same worker continued in my home. The work overall is mediocre. The cabinets are not properly aligned, gaps in the doors, some are missing bumpers and one I can not open the drawer above it. Once the quartz counter tops were installed, they have this haze all over them. After literally 5 visits from both the installer, quartz management and even Joe the owner, I was told that the counter tops are fine. It is the light fixture that is in my kitchen that is the issue. How is the light the problem, because it shows the substandard material?!?!? There is also a chip in the corner of the quartz and scratches that I addressed with them. They never returned to fix. They also installed the cabinets over the floating floor that they "claim" they do all the time. However after speaking with a professional floor installer, the weight of the cabinets should NEVER be over the flooring it causes buckling. They also never contacted me again and never completed the job. I am.so glad I did not hire them to do my bathroom as well. I am just cutting my loses, because of the lack of cuatomer service and unprofessionalism.

Laurie Reel was the Designer for my new kitchen from One Stop Kitchen & Bath. I am incredibly pleased with the outcome and have received so many compliments from everyone visiting my home.Laurie had great ideas that turned into a wonderful working functional kitchen. Laurie is extremely responsive and knowledgeable in all aspects of designing a beautiful kitchen.All the cabinets in my bathrooms turned out great too. Would not change a thing!

One stop did a great job updating our kitchen and bathroom cabinets . Gloria was extremely helpful designing it and follow up.They are always courteous and helpful. They have awesome alternative pricing products that fit many budgets.I love the cabinets and countertops we finally agreed upon. .Recently we had a small issue with the sink caulking and they quickly came out and corrected it! What a pleasure to get great service !We recommend them highly.Mrs Lieneck

They did a great job during installation. I was especially happy with the design. The only fault I have found is that there were a few things that were to be done that never were. All -in-all, not a bad job.

They were very considerate of our desires and worked with us to achieve our dream of a marvelous master bathroom. I can't say enough about this small family owned business. I'm big on trying to shop local and One Stop didn't disappoint. The owner was very OCD about making sure everything was done right and to our satisfaction. We've referred many people to them.

We have remodeled two bathrooms with One Stop and are currently planning a kitchen remodel. We interviewed several design and remodel companies after purchasing our house and were impressed and excited to work with One Stop. Gloria is a wonderful designer, and helped us define our style and accomplish it within our budget. The cabinets and quartz counters we chose are fabulous! We would highly recommend One Stop!

I had the pleasure of working with Laurie. She helped me design my kitchen. She came out to my house and took measurements and made suggestions to better help me realize my options. I had MANY options available to me in my budget at their showroom. Laurie drew up a few plans and we went over them meticulously . I was working with a limited budget but I managed to get exactly what I needed. And when Onestop couldn’t match my price point (countertops)they didn’t try to upsell me. The contractors they referred me to were also excellent. I interviewed 2. One of them had an insanely high price for labor only, but the second came in at the right price and did an excellent job in a timely manner. When I sold my house, the new kitchen was a selling point.

Our kitchen renovation turned out absolutely perfect! The cabinets are incredible and the workmanship displayed in them along with the countertops was amazing. We could not ask for better workmanship, friendly employees and diligence to details and our requests. I highly recommend this company to all my friends!
