“The store is under construction or something. There is a sign that says, "we're open" though. I had stopped by another nearby Office Depot about 15 minutes before they opened. The employee who was waiting outside of the front door was nice enough to advise me of the Tyrone Square store being much bigger and having much more as far as selection. I showed up. At first it seemed there was nobody available to help. Usually I'm the type that gets annoyed by 'persistent' salespeople. Today was different though. I eventually got help from 3 people in the store. All of my questions were answered completely and thoughtfully. In my experience this is rare. I give it 4.5 stars. I really was impressed with the level of service. I mean, it was early and there weren't many customers, but it's still greatly appreciated. I couldn't round up to 5 because the appearance is a little, I don't know, 'messy?' Maybe not the best description but it is under construction. Also, the prices were okay, but not all bargains by any means. And I think there could be better selection on some stuff. Also, a peeve of mine is having to pay extra to warranty items. I mean, it would be nice to just pay a little more for quality merchandise and have the sellers and manufacturers stand behind it. Maybe I'm old fashioned. Or just old? LOL I don't know. Off my soap box!Anyways, there were lots of concerns but the service outshone all of that. I'll be back if I need more office supplies.”

“Had an emergency where I needed to scan and send documents. I showed up 15 minutes before they closed and stayed five minutes after they closed. Jasmin was super nice and understanding. She answered all my questions with patience and kindly let me out the door. She had the opportunity to kick me out but she didn’t and I respect her for that. It meant a lot that I was able to get my work done.”
