“I ran across Sunken Gardens on Groupon. The tickets brought on Groupon saved $4 at the gate. The parking was limited, but it wasn't too much of a hassle to get a park spot. The front gate was friendly and helpful. I loved the different varieties at Sunken Gardens. Wild life, trees and plants was a great combination. It gives the vibe of visiting a miniature zoo. I highly recommend Sunken Gardens! Enjoy.”

Quality was better than bulk from Lowes 556 lb. bag, and easy for me to put into our van. I will definately return for my landscaping supplies.”

We recently inquired of 36 trees of 3 different species for our Easter Week: Stations of the Cross Experience for our Community and Church. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of fantastic.Firstly, their Customer Service delivery was impeccable. John Quinn; Owner of Outdoor Accents of Florida, Suzanne; St. Petersburg Store Manager and Walt; Garden Center Expert of Tampa, along with Employees Dain (Dane) and Angel, were all so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. They patiently listened to our requests and provided expert advice on which tree species would suit our needs best. Their passion for what they do was evident, and they went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our choices as well as helping our church with its creative idea for Easter.Moreover, we were deeply touched by their commitment to the church and our community through their donation initiatives. It's heartwarming to support a business that not only cares about its Customers but also gives back to the community it serves.Because of their donation of 36 trees for our Stations of the Cross experience, we were able to turn around and sale many of them as Outdoor Accents gave us a significant cost cut on the trees and return these funds back to Outdoor Accents. We were also able to return the unsold trees back into their inventory. In addition to the sale of the trees to our church Partners, Central personally purchased 3 of the 36 trees and purchased beautiful pots from their St. Petersburg store. Once again, we were impressed by the quality of the products. The selection was diverse, and we found exactly what we were looking for to complement our landscaping design. Suzanne went the extra mile by educating us, selecting just the right materials to do the job, as well as giving expert advice on care, placement and future needs. “This is one of the best Walmart around. Well stocked, knowledgeable management and the staff is friendly and helpful. I have been using the Grocery pickup for quite awhile. Other than it would be nice to have closer time frames ( today mine is 5 hours) but it IS the Holiday season. So I can run my errands and shop elsewhere before making that my last stop before home.”

“I went in to order a gallon of paint from the paint sample I got earlier today. The lady who mixed my paint just before the store closed set the gallon on the desk and left. The color was totally different and the formula was different. The lady Victoria was there when I went to pick it up and I informed her that it wasn't correct. She told me to come in tomorrow to get it corrected as they were already closed. I told her I couldn't come in so she called the manager Nicole who called Mitch. He was extremely helpful spending 30 min or so trying to do a perfect color match to my paint after the store had closed. He was super pleasant and Victoria stayed late to help as well. This was awesome customer service. Mitch should show the newer generation what customer service truly means. He literally said we are just happy to have you as a customer and The Home Depot prides itself on good service. Awesome, awesome, awesome! Hats off to him. He is a rare find.”
