My family has used NW collision for years and always found Greg and his team to be awesome! We have had everything from major collision repairs to Greg or his team doing small fixes in the parking lot. They always do a great job with estimates and repairs. Northwest collision is the best. My son recommended them because he had previously use them. I can only tell you the service was great. The people are kind kind you feel as though you are part of a family. The professionalism, care, attentiveness, and customer service was top tier!
This was my first car accident so I did not know what to expect !! Along the way, Patrick communicated clearly in detail everything that was being done to the car. He answered all of my questions with care and respect, and never made me feel like the annoying customer.
When I received my car, I was extremely happy with the service! The paint was a perfect match and you would never know the car was in an accident!! Which is the whole goal right?!!

For many years, my whole family and many of our friends have trusted and relied on the Northwest Collision Center to repair our vehicles. Greg, the owner has decades of repair experience. He is meticulous, always produces excellent work. and is a hands-on shop manager. His entire staff is also very professional It’s a pleasure talking with Greg in manners such as the initial quote and scheduled date of completion of work. He is always timely in these matters. He listens to the customers and will provide a very reasonable quote considering customer inputs and work needed to be done..
I recently brought my 2015 Subaru for it’s 4th repair over the last 9 years from fender benders. It looks like it’s new off the show room floor after the repairs were completed. Great work, Greg. Northwest Collision Center is the gold standard in auto body repair in the St Pete area. I would never go any where else.

Greg was very helpful and patient dealing with me and my insurance company as they made this a very difficult process for both him and I. But Greg helped me through it and Northwest Collision did a great job on my vehicle. I was recommended by my sister and a friend because they both had work done here and I am very happy with my outcome! I am providing a pic of my vehicle before and after. Just so glad to have my vehicle back and not go through the process of having to buy another vehicle! And Greg made that possible!

I have been doing business with Northwest for over 20 years. My experiences have always been those where total care, courtesy, concern and confidence have been foremost as each repair was navigated. Throughout each repair process, all of these traits were evident, exemplified by all personnel.
My latest need for Northwest to repair my vehicle further instilled all of these qualities and more. The repairs done to my vehicle were 100% to my satisfaction, as they always have been. Greg and all of the staff worked on my behalf to insure that quality parts were provided, that the insurer stepped up to meet the high standards of Northwest -not the most inexpensive way to handle the repair as is the normal tendency of the insurer, communication was constant as to the progress on my repairs, the repair was handled in the most timely manner possible as Northwest dealt with supplies/parts needed.
Northwest is a place of confidence and care at a time when an accident brings disruption to every day life. My recommendation is built on years of more than satisfactory experiences.

Extremely shady and attempted to compete and charge insurance for things unrelated to the claim. When I went in they asked if I would like them to attempt to claim damage to my rear rim. I didn't know this could be considered insurance fraud however a small plastic pot hit the front of our car and knocked the sensor out. Then when the insurance company denied part of the claim due to them wanting to repair things unrelated to the claim they told us we must pay to fix these things or they would not fix our car. Their rep jack tried to pawn it off on the insurance company stating "remember they are a financial institution". He got extremely angry and defensive when I pointed out they are also a for profit business and both parties want to get the most out of the deal for their respective businesses. He would use "slick" talk when I questioned the additional charges stating "it is always up to the customer for us to go ahead with repairs" when I asked about the insurance company approving the repairs. It is my belief he was trying to get me to authorize the repairs thinking an agreement was reached when there was not. I was overseas for travel when it started. Upon returning to the US I contacted my insurance company and within a week we had the vehicle moved to a nearby Tesla approved dealership and the repairs completed under Tesla requirements(something jack claimed needed all the extra repairs done in order to meet). These repairs were all completed and approved by our insurer and no additional cost was incurred by us. I highly suggest you be careful going here. They have a great rating which is why I chose them but I definitely feel like they have some shady practices going on.
