I would not trust my repair to anyone but Greg and his team at Northwest Collision - my car looks brand new- waxed - tire Back - wheels super bright and polished to perfection . The area that was in need of repair looks so good. I thought they had a new car waiting for me. The repairs were done to the standards which we all should have but if you take your car here for repairs it will come out looking like new- Guaranteed. Thanks again for a great job and making everything easy for us to maneuver. A very happy customer!

Update March 8th. Adjusting, but not ready to remove, my original review. After speaking and visiting the shop again, I have a better understanding of the requirements, set forth by Tesla, to repair even the most simple of damage. One thing never in question with Northwest was their quality of work. It was clear they are the best in the area from that perspective. It was the process that, along with the entire repair/insurance/manufacturer relationship that makes a no-fun process just simply painful. I will update the rating now and leave open the option for another update later. Hope this all helps someone else with the unfortunate process needed after a collision.Very unprofessional from the start. Several attempts via email and website to schedule estimate time. Had to just drive in and wait. Once started, the estimator continually asked what I thought it would cost. After 3 or 4 times, I had had enough and asked back, "isn't that your job and why I am here?" No pictures, nothing written, just a "tour" of some other Tesla's and how they are basically going to have to take the entire car apart. Finally, a verbal estimate of 20k. That continued to go up as we toured. At the end, one last ask of what price I thought is should be. A final verbal quote of 25k or more would be likely. Immediately went to Bert Smith, estimator took photos, ran a price sheet, and walked me through it line by line. Estimate was 6k. Final cost was just under 5k. If you want to know why auto insurance is so high, Northwest Collision is part of the problem and nothing to do with a solution. Terrible. Reported them to the BBB. They are slippery is nicest why I can say it.

Jack C. was clearly more knowledgeable about what my less than one-year old car that hit a deer potentially needed in repairs to make sure it would be like driving a new vehicle again as compared to the first two people who gave me estimates. The thoroughness of the repairs done gives me confidence we will not have any future issues. The overall cost of repairs would have been less at the other places, but I’m so glad I stopped in at Northwest Collision Center.

My experience with Northwest collision was the best experience I've ever had at an auto body repair garage. The staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable.
