This is our 2nd purchase from Mattress Firm. We bought a tempurpedic almost exactly 10 years ago. The price went up roughly 1500.00 for a king adapt pro but we are hoping that we will get at least 10 years out of this one, too. David was a great salesman. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in every way. We cannot wait for our new mattress to arrive so we can get back to getting a great night's sleep.

I knew I needed a mattress but not just any old mattress. I did my research and I decided what I wanted was between two brand names. Lucky me, the floor models were as good as advertised. It was one brand that won me over. No sales pitch, just the facts, the good and the bad, questions asked and answers given. One of the best decisions that I’ve made in a long time. Again, no hype but I urge everyone to be an informed buyer. There is something for everyone and John was more than willing to make things right. I hope your shopping experience was as good as mine and that you are as happy as I was.

John was great with helping us find a new mattress. He took time to listen to our needs/wants and explain what options exists and how the entire Mattress Firm process works. Everything went smoothly and our new mattress and frame arrived within just a couple days. We love that you get 120 days to try the mattress as we have moved on from the traditional pillow top and box spring configuration to a hybrid model and adjustable base. This new style of mattress is taking some getting used to, but so far we're pleased with our decision. If you're in the market for a new mattress, stop in and see John --- he's been in this business for years and really knows a lot about all the different brands and styles. No pressure sales and next time we'll go out of our way to visit John again (we have closer Mattress Firm stores to our house). Job well done! 5 stars on this one.
