Tom is an amazing sales person and I think human! I normally would not have bought 3 beds on the first visit, but Tom again went above and beyond for my family! Was very very professional yet very personal witch for my special needs family says more than anyone can imagine. If you need a bed go see Tom he will be honest and get you just what you need!

Very impressed with efficiency and skill in eliciting criteria for purchase, and in identifyng mattresses which matched needs. Thorough, helpful explanation of delivery schedule and option to return new mattress for another choice if desired.

I can sum our experience in one word. AWESOME!! From the minute we walked in the sales rep (Marv Cast) was terrific. He spent so much time with us going over all the mattresses until we found the best one that also fit our budget. My wife and I are seniors in our 70’s so he understood fully how we needed to get the best value for our money.
End to end he made it super easy for us to close the deal. Mattress firm is very lucky to have him.

Had a great experience with the customer service. Cast was patient and considerate of my girlfriend and I different tastes. He also facilitated an exchange after trying out our bed and it not being a great fit.
I definitely recommend meeting with Cast for an easy going time. He understands that a bed is a huge expense and a big decision and where we spend 8 hours daily.

Went in to replace a king sized mattress that we lost in the flood and Cas helped up tremendously with the process and was pretty quick about it! Would recommend for sure.
