Super nice salesperson David helped me pick out the perfect mattress. I can return it within 4 months if I don't like it and if I find a lower price, they'll match it. I was very happy with my efficient, cordial experience and highly recommend!

We worked with Monika to find a bed. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful but not pushy. She asked questions and we were able to find a bed that literally is a life changer, as our last bed caused us a lot of body pain. So grateful that Monika was there to help us today!

Monica Schwind was ours sales person. i stopped in to buy a mattress topper. She was so detailed describing our options that it made more sense to buy a new mattress. She was not pushy, she just did an excellent job explaining their products and options. I felt very good deciding on a new Tempur-luxe breeze. We would have never bought a new mattress but, due to her knowledge and letting us make our own decision, we are happy with our choice. She is excellent!

A 5 star rating isn't high enough for the service that I received from David.
I was unable to visit the store due to a very recent back injury. David was very courteous, empathetic, and knowledgeable. He explained all of my options and helped me to make a decision. He also made it possible to get it delivered tomorrow!!!

Mattress Firm on Tyrone Boulevard was very helpful. I did not know exactly which mattress I wanted, but Monica was very patient, and took time explaining to me the different types of mattresses. I’m glad I decided to stop by and look around.
