This is my 2nd time going here at Malibu Resort. The best resort motel. The beach is only across the streets. The room is not the same as the hotel. But the room is clean, nice and the staffs and the owner are 5 stars ratings. If you inquire something the owner immediately answer you back. I'm always going back here whenever I'm around clear water. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We recently had a trip to Malibu and couldn’t say enough good things about the staff and accommodations. It offers on site parking, a pool, coffee in the mornings in the office, and towels at the pool area to use (bonus since flying with beach towels can take up a lot of room). The rooms are simple - but clean and everything you need. Table and chairs, bed, bathroom. We loved the location (an area we are familiar with). There are crosswalks close that flash for safety when crossing Gulf Blvd to get to the beaches. It is also attached to a pizza shop that makes great food at a fair price. We have a tradition of ordering a pizza from here to end the night even when we’re not staying here! Would most certainly stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Recently stayed at the Malibu hotel - if you don't need a new or beach front room, but want to be close to the beach, this is the place to stay! Clean, quiet rooms, staff/owner Debbie was great, 2 super restaurants within walking distance, people were super friendly, and price was super reasonable. Definitely would return.

Very clean and would 100% recommend for anyone looking for somewhere to stay in this area. Walking distance to many good restaurants and a gas station as well as the beach for a great price. I’m not big on leaving reviews but it was necessary for this place as someone who randomly picked a place in florida and was hoping for the best but they went beyond expectations. They checked up on me throughout the stay and I felt very comfortable.

Places okay no smoke detector in my room it's gone through a lot of management changing door latches don't work the locks don't work on the rooms they're changing things

The room was great value for the price, the staff was very helpful, and the walk to the beach was short.Walkability: The beach and restaurants were very close. I did not rent a car.

Noteworthy details: The restaurant next door has delicious pizza, etc. Also the manager has placed a beach cabana with couches, tables, a tv and privacy curtains you can rent hourly for a very reasonable price. Fabulous idea. Love the place!

Absolutely loved this place. Deb was so welcoming and friendly ! The rooms were comfy, clean and bedding smelled fresh! Just a block from the beach. Friendly atmosphere! Also had coffee ready with lots of creamers! The heated pool was nice as well! Highly recommend!

Nice spacious rooms at the right price. I did arrive and had an issue but it was quickly resolved through text. I'd recommend this location to veterans coming down for an appointment. The VA was only 11 minutes away. The overall area was nice. Plenty of restaurants/ bars to enjoy. This will be my go to place when in the area.

Everyone was super friendly, and very professional.. Debbie the manager was right on top of things at all times! We would definitely consider staying there again! The only thing we didn’t particularly care for, there wasn’t a whole lot of nighttime entertainment nearby!
