“After having distressing experiences w/"Public Storage" I was leery of getting another unit, & Mum telling me the guys here were great wasn't rlly reassuring. Mum is pretty trusting & so sweet, people are normally kind & helpful. I'm from Boston, & while the comic wit is usually appreciated, the # of questions is an added degree of difficulty. It helps if I tell people "Just imagine I'm a "secret shopper". It could be a test, but it's just a challenge, lol."

When a "business" centers around your life's treasures, memories & the security that your things are kept safe....the personal customer experience is make or break. After the longest day of hours trying to just scan and email a legal package with absolutely no help from the employees at FedEx kinkos Tyrone, and Ups store on 22nd Ave, I thankfully rushed into this amazing place where the sweet woman scanned and emailed my package in 3 minutes flat, for cheaper than the rest!!!
