I love Allstate with Lois Woods and Staff. I have learned so much with this office than I had with any other office in the past.
This office LOIS WOODS, taught me to use docu sign my documents. I learned it while they walked me through the process.
I CAN SAY 3 CHEERS TO LOIS WOODS AND ASSOCIATES. HURRAU, HURRAH. HURRAY. FOR LOIS WOODS FOR LIFE.I AM pleased that I will not change to another agency no matters how far they are, it can be done. ? ? AMEN.

I have utilized this agency for many many years. They are top-notch. They pick up everytime I call, are friendly and knowledgeable, are timely with responses, and competitive on rates. Highly recommend Lois Woods' team!

I was informed that your auto insurance goes up even if you’ve never had an accident, no tickets or never been stopped , it goes up because you have to pay for people that don’t have enough insurance, so this insurance company don’t have to do it due diligence. I have called - several times- emailed and asked about this over and over , nothings done and yet and my insurance steadily goes up and all they can ever do is say I’m sorry ………I’m sorry you feel that way that’s not our intention . YOU NEVER hear I’m gonna work for you And we’re gonna take care of this .This is the worst one I’ve ever dealt with. I want to know why it’s my fault that other people have accidents and you can’t get the money out of them instead you up mine. I’m in the process of canceling my two college kids, myself and a parent I don’t wanna do business with them in 2024 or ever again and I’ll be also canceling my other insurance is that I have with them .I am just like the other gentleman if I could give them a zero, I would,. And please spare me your rebuttal of how sorry you .are

Rotten/rude lady. If I could leave 0 stars I would. And no Lois…I’m not upset with allstate for not insuring me while being a turo host/ business owner. My review is for you & you alone for being rude and raising your voice with me on the phone for no reason & talking to me like I’m stupid. Thanks !

Very thorough and responsive. When you get in their phone automation loop just say “agent” and it will get you a live person. While they may not be the least expensive, you can count on their expertise and financial stability compared to others. When you have a claim they are not involved; it is farmed out to others who are not as responsive as they. I suppose other insurance agents do the same.
