Brandon Rimes at KW made numerous promises but never followed through. He priced the house and 2 weeks later said it needed to be reduced 10%. There has been zero showings and he is demanding a withdrawal fee even though we paid for the pictures and video. Obviously this is how they make their money. Their broker liaison was even less helpful and we will be reporting them to the NAR.

Debi is the best realtor you could ever get the pleasure to work with, she made our experience so seamless and enjoyable! She’s extremely knowledgeable and also has great recommendations for the home inspection and termite/pest inspections. She is very attentive and responds quickly, she makes you feel like you’re her only client, which made us feel very special. She also will go up to bat for you and is 100% on your side the entire process. We loved working with her, and will never use anyone else.

Tried to find an open house that a street "open house" sign but no address listed on sign. Nothing was listed on website to that open house. I did search MLS and found it.

Was initially told a lie that there were "Canadian clients". I allowed a realtor to get a key from my friend who was watching my place, thinking only she would show it. According to my doorbell, all sorts of realtors were coming through. For 2 months there was no communication unless I initiated it. If there were offers, no one told me. I set the price, lowered it twice, and a realtor from another agency gave me advice on where to set price. My home was not only rearranged--things were shoved in closets everywhere. And when I said I was returning and needed the realtor lock off the door, suddenly my listing was ended and other realtors were calling me. I was told she thought it was "a nice way of dismissing her" ? And after asking several times for my key, the agency claimed their realtors were "independent", and did nothing to help. Several weeks later, I finally got the key mailed to me.DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.

We like our agent. We are from NJ, and the agent provided us with a presentation basically telling us that what we want doesn't currently exist with the skyrocketing prices in St Petersburg. The coffee they probably was good, that was complimentary!

I was hired in March 2021 to do some work at a Condo Jennifer Thayer with Keller Williams was listing or managed. 400 Beach Drive St Pete #204. Sold for $2.14 Million in Aug 2021. I was never paid for my work by Jennifer Thayer the Realtor and she owes $279. She personally met me at the property and was present during work. Never had a complaint about the quality of work, she never paid. Months later she told me to contact the owners for payment. I was not hired by the owners I was hired by Jennifer Thayer

3598 56 th Ave N. I have a deposit on a home that the seller had this Real Estate company her name is Rachel Sartin The house failed inspection and I am unable to get a mortgage on the house due to the inspection. I with drew my bid in the allotted amount of time as stated in the contract and the sellers Real Estate agent is only offering me half of my deposit not the full amount. It is not my responsibility to help pay for the repairs the home needs to be able to option a mortgage. Now legal counsel is involved. They are blocking me from looking at homes by holding up my deposit. I am a Registered nurse working the front lines of COVID.I understand that the title company is holding the money. I spoke with them and they will not release the money until both parties are in agreement. I am not agreeing to only half of my deposit when I followed the contract. I want my full deposit back. The title company stated I am in my rights to my full deposit back. Not only did I withdraw the contract within the allotted time, the house failed inspection, the roof, plumbing , electrical, and rodents in the attic to name a few areas. I am unable to get a mortgage on the house. Your agent is not doing her job to get their client to sign off on the full deposit. By your client not signing the agreement for a full release of my deposit that is being held in The title company. You are blocking me from house shopping by your client holding up my full depositUPDATE. I am not receiving the entire escrow back. I offered the seller Jacqueline Donahue a copy of the structural inspection so she would know where the house failed. She stated she did not want it. That either tells me she knows of the structural defects or possibly list it again as if she does not know. In her defense she does not know exactly what is wrong with the home except that I canceled the contract Due to more that one area of the inspection that failed. I fear what happened to me could happen to someone else
