Although the place had a charming atmosphere and a welcoming staff, I was disappointed to find that the products they offered didn't yield the desired results. This led me to explore alternatives, ultimately discovering a more effective solution at a different shop situated 4 miles away from St. Pete, despite having invested a substantial sum of money.

I went to Johnny's Smoke Shop in downtown St. Pete to purchase delta 8 products, and my experience was extremely disappointing. When I attempted to make a purchase, I was charged, but the transaction was marked as incomplete by the staff. Despite showing them that the money had been deducted from my bank account, the person behind the counter claimed they couldn't do anything about it. They called their manager, who also insisted there was nothing they could do at that moment. They advised me to return in 72 hours if the money had indeed been taken out, promising to provide the product then. This ordeal left me frustrated and dissatisfied. What's more, this isn't the first time I've encountered issues with this shop. It appears they use a payment system that essentially forces customers to tip, or else the transaction is declined. They make customers swipe their cards again to ensure a tip, and if you still don't tip, they eventually allow the transaction to proceed. This is an unacceptable practice. I have evidence of these transactions on my Chase bank statement, and I am seriously considering legal action against this establishment. My experience with Johnny's Smoke Shop has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I will never do business with them again. This place should be held accountable for their unethical practices.

Would have given more stars if the worker hadn't hit on my fiance. He looked at her ID to purchase, on her way out the door he called her by name and asked if she had a boyfriend (she has an engagement ring on). He had enough time to study her information but not peep her ring . I don't know I'm a disabled vet with low tolerance for nonsense, and she was concerned that he got our addresses as well as her name . I was in car waiting outside as well . Using your job to hit on females while having access to their information is a creep move . She went to buy a vape not get hit on and feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Won't be back !!!

The nitro CBD coffee has changed. Maybe it’s just expired. Either way, it’s second time in a row I’ve had to throw it out. These drinks aren’t cheap enough to just toss and not think of it. They’re twice the price of a regular coffee. The service is always awesome, and we really like the people there. Just sad this drink is no longer an option. Kratom has made me sick before so I’ve been sticking with these until now.

They seem to have a lot of products but I only go for the kratom on tap. Good quality + good price and you can pick not only the strain(s), but also the strength.

Yo this place is dope. Tony is my guy. Got me setup with all the goodies I needed after my new move. Super knowledgeable about Kratom and taught me a lot. They have some great ones on tap. Super chill and relaxing. Go see Tony. He will take care of you.

Went in to buy some glass (and was pretty excited to buy something nice) ready to spend 200+ on a new piece. Arrived about 15 mins from closing.. I was informed that the store was still open but was treated fairly terrible by the one employee working. I pointed to the a pipe behind the glass and was abruptly alerted to not touch the glass because it was just cleaned. The whole experience was rough.. definitely wasn’t going to spend good money in such an unfriendly environment. wouldn’t recommend to friends or family.
