should have read the reviews before i even bought from this place. the man tried to sell me 10k gold for $350. absolutely outrageous, 10k does not cost even half of that amount. the lady sold me a bracelet and charm for $160 and the bracelet broke not even a week later. when i bought it she told me if anything happens i can get it fixed for $20, the man rings me out and he’s like $25 for BAD repair job. on top of that they’re super hostile in any interaction. DONT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!

Horrible people! Paid to have a bracelet fixed. Broke a day later brought it back and tried to charge me again! Do not spend your money here could have lost a 400 dollar bracelet I even questioned the repair when he did it! Bad business.

So I’ve been coming here for years every single month to get a piece of jewely fixed I bought from them at this point I’m tired of returning I asked her if she could fix it to where it didn’t break and she said oh ok and what do I charge yu? Oh $15 it’s going to break for that price..... So I’m in obviously had an issue providing customer service not once have I ever been rude even though I’ve been overcharged and basically scammed for the past two years it’s almost like a monthly service charge just to have jewelry ?

I do buisness with them for so many years, always take care of me and my family and any small stuff i have i go and they dont even charge me aslo for cleaning my jewelry.

Bought a necklace and charm from him and the charm came apart within a week. He want exchange it or give me my money. He sales cheap jewelry that won't last. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN.
