She assisted me dealing with the T Mobile customer service on the phone, which was a nightmare. After they preemptively removed my long standing account. The store representative was able to get me back on without me losing my tenure with Sprint/T Mobile. Thank you for your diligence and patience.”

“Had such a great experience at this store a couple weeks back while my partner and I upgraded our phones and joined plans. I will go out of my way to visit this location over any others! My time spent at other Verizon stores has been frustrating from my past experiences. But Kris at this Verizon store was so patient and helpful! Answering all of our questions and concerns about joining plans, we spent 1.5 hours there on a Saturday and left feeling very satisfied with our new phones/plan. Despite my late arrival, Andres went above and beyond to assist me, demonstrating a level of professionalism, friendliness, and integrity that truly impressed me. He offered me a fantastic deal on a portable modem and even arranged for an additional modem to be shipped to the store, going out of his way to ensure I was taken care of. Andres' charisma and honesty made the entire process smooth and enjoyable, a refreshing contrast to the typical sales experience. A special thanks to Christian as well for his accommodating support. Thank you, Andres, for your outstanding service—you’ve set a new standard for customer care!

Andres also deserves a raise.... The best managers are always underpaid. And Andres should be a RGM. Because if all regional managers at all service stores, restaurants, stores, ect were like him, well so many places wouldn't be closing and losing to Amazon and delivery services. Because what Amazon And the likes, don't have is personality and charisma, and whether real or not, Andres really made me feel like he cared about what was best for me and my situation... Despite having to stay late after every other store in the mall had closed their bars... He never showed one iota of irritation or impatience. He just made me feel like he cared. And we just got over, less than a month ago, the second hurricane which is why I needed portable internet because of the flooding and the roof and all that. And sealed and sold out hotels Wi-Fis not working .And it might have been the first time since the hurricanes that I didn't feel hopeless. Because I remembered the positive things in life like really good people.

And I wanted to add the reason I went to T-Mobile when I did not have T-Mobile before and while I will be switching my phone plans as well is because during the second hurricane the majority of the city over 70% didn't have power for a week and we we're powering our phones with our cars before we ran out of gas and any which way we could and for over a week. The only service that worked was T-Mobile. I had Verizon on one phone through my home internet and it took several weeks for not only the phone to work but the Home internet. And because everybody was staying in motels and hotels sold out and we all spoke to each other. I discovered through friends and strangers. Everyone with AT&t and Verizon could not get on the internet. I didn't find one person with T-Mobile who had any real issues.

Thank you Andres, Christian, and T-Mobile for hiring the right way. And being there for us during the hurricanes And after when despite our area, and Andres and Christian probably going through the worst of it too, we really aren't used to them like that.. And you would never know by how positive and happy it feels in that store that we went through anything at all.”

“Prince is the BEST!! We had a tricky switch over from an iPhone to Android and Android to iPhone separately and two additional upgrades and even though we were there for 3 hours he was so patient and made sure all of our upgrades were seamless. He saved us over a THOUSAND dollars and pointed out where and when we were paying too much money (subscriptions and plans both) and switched us to a more affordable plan. He was also super understanding when my previous phone was taking a lifetime to back up all my photos and was really entertaining even in the dull moments. Thank you, Verizon!”

“I have overall been very happy with Spectrum. Customer Service has been awesome and things have been fine overall. Unfortunately we just got hit by Helene and Milton back to back and have been without Internet for far more than a reasonable amount of time. We have had power and water back for several days and are trying to get back to life as normal. We lost our fence and had a lot of damage around the outside of the house. We can not connect with family online, we can not look for companies to help us get our home back in order. My husband works from home and I do part time, we can not work and we need to work to pay for the labor to fix our property. I have no reliable way to look for a hotel, connect with people that I love, complete my studies, anything. We have been told it was fixed days and days ago. It has been one broken promise/ lie after another. They say 8,000 people are working on this?? I have seen ONE truck on the road. ONE!!!! We ae hot spotting for the basics and it is negaqtively affecting everything. Life revolves around the internet these days and Spectrum does not seem to care at all. They have been rude to my husband and ZERO percent of what they have said has been true. We have had power back for nearly a week and still no internet. It is really hard to get back to normal and hire help for the projects we need when there is no internet. St Pete is hurting and Spectrum does not seem to care, does not seem to be trying. How have I seen one truck, why is there a need to be rude to customers that need to work??? Power trucks from TX have been heros- Spectrum has been a big ZERO. How can there be that many workers and I have seen one truck. I use internet to take care of my demented mother... NOTHING I need is working and the worst part is you do not seem to care.”
