I was impacted by Hurricane Helene. I was given 7 days to permanently vacate my apartment. On a Thursday I called to see is any apartments were available. I spoke to Valerie who could hear my distress. She offered to see me about an available apartment that day. Valerie was wonderful in getting us theough the approval process as quickly as possible. And she was so patient dealing with my OCD about this stuff. We are now in our new apartment. The staff and residents here have been so kind and helpful. My roommate and I could not be more pleased.

After living in the same community for six years, it was quite daunting to try and find a new place to live that matched my standards of quality and service. Upon my very first inquiry in calling Ibis Walk I was fortunate enough to speak with Valerie and right away I knew I found the right person to find me a new place to live. She was not only helpful and informative but her positive energy and eagerness to help me find the best apartment gave me reassurance that things were going to work out for me. 20 minutes after hanging up the phone with her, she was touring me around the property and showing me potential units. She was extremely kind and professional and though my time line for moving was far out, she was encouraging and reassuring that she would find something for me that would fit my parameters. She went out of her way to update me over the course of several weeks until the perfect unit was available and now Im pleased to say I’m moving in this week and so grateful that Valerie was the one helping me through this process. Her positive and warm personality, the extra effort and time she took from the first phone call till my move in week made all the difference for me choosing Ibis Walk
as my new place to live. Valerie is wonderful and an asset to that property.

I was looking for an aparment around the area and had scheduled an appointment for a tour. Michael emailed me back the very next day asking what time works best for me. I scheduled an appointment and checked out two different floor plans it was such a beautiful community. When I spoke with Michael he was very upfront in regards to monthly cost. I had started the application process the night before and went home to finish it. That same week Michael was going on vacation and with my application process Ash had taken over she had emailed me back telling me I was approved and was able to move in on my due date. Through the process I had questions she was able to answer them through emails which was much easier for me. That Sunday I met up with Isaac to get the keys to the apartment he showed me around the entire complex and to my new apartment. This has been such a great experience with the leasing team.
