No customer service. Ordered 122$ worth of graduationextras never received, couldn’t get a live person on the phone at all when making multiple attempts to call. My child who received the cap and gown at school was Informed the other items ordered would be shipped to his house however it has been a month and nothing with no answer.

Awful customer service. Graduation year should be a year of celebration and joy and this company did not help provide that! We paid for a sign that was first sent to another county and student. Finally after being told we would receive a new sign we yet again received a sign that wasn’t for our child. We tried to reach out numerous times and never received follow-up communication nor our graduate’s sign. Very disappointing!

I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. I just trusted them because our school uses them. I placed my $200 order back in February 2023. It's been 10 weeks and I am still waiting for my graduation announcements. My son graduates in 10 days. I am scrambling for an alternate now. Don't waste your money!!

I ordered the top package for my son’s graduation and yet to received any items I payed for. I’ve called they said they will send it out never have . We are two weeks away from graduation and nothing.stay away from this company.

Horrible, I purchased my daughters announcements in March and never received them. I've called and emailed with no response to getting my money back. I would never use these guys!

I ordered my cap and gown almost a year ago and they never shipped it to my school. Now I have to go in person to resolve this because they won’t return phone calls or emails. People are paying good money for these products. Schools should know better than to do business with such awful, inadequate service.

UNFORTUNATELY I CANT GIVE A ZERO STAR.....I ordered my product April 29 in the amount of $53.75 for a graduation gift. The diploma plaque. And have called and emailed multiple tame and my product is no where to be found... STILL WAITING ON MY PRODUCT!!!

Terrible. I ordered my sons announcements beg-mid April. I got them 2 days before graduation. It was to late to mail them out so now I have 2 orders of announcements that can't be used. I called the company several times with no one returning my calls. I also emailed and again no response. We just wasted our money with them. My son as well as myself were very disappointed that we could get them out in time...

I have been dealing with the "ring specialist" Peggy from the St. Pete office and she is just horrible. I sent my ring back due to an error on my order and she never even knew my ring was there in a safe. When she finally found my ring she told me it had to be shipped to the warehouse and it would take 2 weeks for the ring to be returned to me. Its now over 2 weeks and guess what, i still do not have my ring! I called her today and she's singing a different tune stating she told me 5 weeks. This company is the worst ever!!!! Find another company to get your senior items from. Worst communication ever.
