All the doctors and nurses are very good and professional. We love their treatment. Also, This hospital is very tidy and clean. Chris, Emanuel, Reem, Maria, and Kristin are very good and they know how to take care. They treat you like you are family members.

I was a patient at the Pelvic Floor Clinic and had a great experience. As a complex patient with a connective tissue disorder it can be frustrating to find a provider who can actually help you. PT Sarah Gray-LePere did just that. I have been able to correct several issues with her help and guidance. Everyone in the office is friendly and welcoming.

I started PT about 9-10 weeks postpartum. I was active throughout my pregnancy, but after a difficult labor I was struggling sleeping in a bed, I had incontinence when sneezing or jumping, and generally had a great deal of pain in my pelvis area. Through pelvic floor therapy with Emma Toillion, I am back to comfortably sleeping and running again. The weekly program was methodical and tailored to my needs and ability.
I feel like my old self again. Most of my friends have normalized peeing a little when coughing, sneezing, or running. This isn’t normal, and through PT you can regain that pelvic floor strength!

I visited the Pelvic Floor clinic with Sarah Gray-LePere and it was a life-changing experience. Just a little background, I don’t visit doctors a lot nor have I particularly ever wanted or needed to. I’m 38, But I developed a bad case of peeing constantly, like 5 times throughout the night. I couldn’t sleep, it was painful, I was miserable, my body hurt. I was recommended to Sarah from a urologist, and honestly had no idea what pelvic floor therapy was. My case was one mainly involving habit, I work an erratic schedule, had no routine, and bad habits like peeing before I did anything. I also needed to work on strength and stretching. Sarah was amazing! She listens and talks through what is going on, and is very patient although I had a lot of questions and trouble describing specifics at first. She walked me through the whole process and had me on a strict regimen while she introduced exercises to see what the problem was. It was a lot of work, a lot of changes to my habits, and a lot of consistency. I am so happy I found Sarah and I recommend her whenever I can!

David A is the best nurse! He drew my blood and got an IV on the first try! That NEVER happened before and I've had plenty of surgeries and hospital visits. He's a very kind gentleman as well.

This is a review of the pelvic floor clinic. The physical therapists are awesome and it helped with some of my symptoms but unfortunately with it being a new clinic and no one working at the front desk in registration/billing, I have been billed thousands of dollars that no one is able to help me with. I was told by the PT they accept my insurance and then about four months later got my first bill for $300 and more and more kept coming in. When I call they say they don’t have anyone who knows the answer other then it should have been explained to me, but it wasn’t. I would have never paid $175 a visit when my other physical therapy location charged only a copay. It’s frustrating that there is no one to help and they practice this hidden billing

St. Petersburg Hospital has definitely changed on its values of patient care. Although the nurses can be very polite, there's more times than it should be the patients are not heard regarding their health and concerns about their pain or current illnesses. Our has sickle cell which is a very unpredictable and excruciating pain and various other complications which can be fatal. This is the 3rd time he was released from the hospital with an old prescription that cannot be filled and after numerous calls to get the issue resolved the charge nurses nor a hospital staff returned his calls and he's still in alot pain and other complications. Our also suffers from severe depression and anxiety which has us very concerned right now. It appears that because he's an adult patient his health issues aren't of a greater concern to them which is unacceptable behaviors. We would also recommend that Dr. Nino kurtsikidze be removed from the hospital if her personal attitude cannot be separated from her patients needs and care their health are more of her priorities.
