I reached out to the store on Christmas Eve to ask about their return/exchange policy- and within 5 minutes I received a response! Not only a response but the ability to bring my broken item back for a new one. Great ownership and personable employees!! Will be shopping there for all gifts!”

“I ran across Sunken Gardens on Groupon. The tickets brought on Groupon saved $4 at the gate. The parking was limited, but it wasn't too much of a hassle to get a park spot. The front gate was friendly and helpful. I loved the different varieties at Sunken Gardens. Wild life, trees and plants was a great combination. It gives the vibe of visiting a miniature zoo. I highly recommend Sunken Gardens! Enjoy.”

I picked up a few things for myself, including a candle that I swear has one of the best scents I’ve ever smelled. The owner is also an absolute sweetheart. I bought a Christmas gift for someone and was told I could come back and exchange it for a different size if needed. I ended up deciding to return it before the holiday, but was unaware that I could only exchange...not return. They definitely would not budge on that rule, so I ended up exchanging for a shirt for myself.”

“Wow! I was shopping around to see who could ship a guitar within reason cost wise and also do it well. A nice man, I believe his name was Jamel, assisted me and packed it up perfectly! The price was better than I ever expected and he was so kind through the whole experience. The guitar safely made it to its new home. If I need to ship anything, I'll be coming here.
