Bought a 24" TV came with a missing stand they would not replace it unless I took it back to the store or UPS at my own cost for transportation. I do not own a car so I would have to pay for an Uber both ways I will never use best buy again.

If you’re a senior beware of the geek squad and how they treat you. Had a horrible experience, Best Buy St. Petersburg. I have been a member member years. I thought it was a great idea because I’m not computer savvy however, when you need help, they look down on you and frankly don’t help you. They stated it would take three weeks to a month to fix my iPad. I should go to Apple and Tampa. Guess what went to Apple my iPad was fine.

Went in with my PC not turning on. They said it was the mother board. Bought the new motherboard and they said it’ll be 3-4 days. Day 3 rolls around and I call them. They said it’d be done the next day. I come in the next day and they inform me they haven’t started and it’ll be another week. I said NOPE. Went home and built it myself, turns out it was a faulty power supply, not the motherboard. I had to cut off my acrylic nails to build it too ? would recommend going to Pinellas computer repair instead.

Why would anyone shop here. I purchased a tv, paid for installation and wasted an entire day waiting for them to show up. I tried calling, no help. I finally spoke to someone that promised to call back. She never did. I received a text that said we could do the install due to unforeseen circumstances and we will call you in a day or two to reschedule. I had to drive to the store to speak with someone. I'm literally wasting another hour standing here waiting for a resolution. I should have paid the local small business a couple of hundred extra to not have to deal with this nonsense. With service like this they will go the way of circuit city and others before them.

Kinda expensive but...I will stick with them because they deliver.Earlier they took my older laptop from an anchor to a near-new unit with an SSD installation. And recent work on a new phones problems to resolution...THANKS

they have staff, but they are so busy conversing with other staff that as previously stated review its self-help. The past few years I avoid this place. i was in here at the end of February 2024 to buy a computer keyboard won't be back soon.

BAIT AND SWITCH!! Ordered a dishwasher, paid extra because Best Buy said it would be delivered today. Yesterday they texted and said delivery was today 2-6. Today is here and now they pushed it back two days. I ONLY paid extra for a different dishwasher and ordered through Best Buy because of the delivery date. ADDITIONALLY try to get a human that actually works at the St Pete store by calling the posted number. The phone number is linked to their overseas call center. Shame on me for trying Best Buy again NEVER AGAIN. What a schlocky operation.

Had an appointment at 1:40pm, finally at 2:00 they saw us to evaluate an iPhone. At the end, the diagnostic came back good although the stays hot after the update.

other than the initial sale and missing items for the install, the rest went pretty good.watched the tech go through their check list to verify that everything worked before and after the install and took a few minutes to explain how my remote car starter works.
