Two employees very rudely did not want to help me price check my item and their manager has a sour attitude. I had my kids put their stuff back and we left. Poor customer service in all fronts.

I bought a few stuffed animals during a sale they had going on, and purchased a Godzilla lamp for a present. I’ve had a very pleasant experience at this FYE.

don’t shop here, they are SUPER overpriced and when they actually put things on sale, it’s defective/ missing parts and they don’t tell you or put it anywhere. then they won’t even let you return or exchange for something else in store. plus employees are always miserable, the AM Andy literally goes “i don’t get paid enough to try and fix it” ???

So expensive and doesn’t have clear exchange policy. I bought and album and i asked the cashier if i could return it and she replied “yes”. When i went to return it I was told no by the manager. If I knew i couldn't return it. I would’ve never bought it.

Watch for membership.I managed to get fenagled into a monthly membership that got past me for far too long. I never activated it, and cancelled all the magazines, but the membership- despite it not being on my FYE account, was still active. You can't cancel by phone, I had to call to cancel. The automated system was very difficult to get to a person, and the person tried to deflect by getting me technical help for the website (that again, does not contain the cancelation). Total scumbag tactics.

DO NOT sign up for this membership, it’s difficult as can be to cancel. They will sign you up for magazines that will keep repeatedly charging on your card. Customer service was extremely rude on the phone when trying to cancel. Everything felt very predatory as soon as they asked for the credit card.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR MEMBERSHIP. It includes a magazine subscription, which they tell you about up front. What they leave out, however, is that cancelling the membership doesn’t cancel the subscription, so your card will continue to be charged for magazines whether you want them or not.
