Floor $ Decor was very helpful when you're purchasing $8,000 worth of flooring but when you have an issue with the flooring they refuse to help. They changed the reason for declining the claim 3 different times as I proved them wrong and finally gave up on the third time as I could see they will continue to come up with excuses

Both registers occupied by returned items. Opened another register only to take new customers that walked up and no the ones waiting for 10 minutes. Rude male employee. Rather, go to HD and check myself out.

My very first time visiting and was amazingly surprised at the product they sell floors, bathroom, and kitchen. The sales lady, Robin was very helpful in providing great customer service. Now I'm even more excited about finding my place.

Clean, bright store. Found the bathroom vanity we’re looking for for a great price. Patrick was very professional and helpful. He was patient while we made our decision. Showed us what’s available and helped us through the process of buying and arranging for pick up.

We were shopping for material for a new bar and on our first visit here we showed up about 10 minutes before the store closing time. We were reminded multiple times that the store closes in 10 minutes and then as it got closer to closing time we were eventually ushered out of the store. Terrible customer service, and just unaware of how to deal with customers.The second time we went there we were returning samples and we stood in line and the customer service rep never even looked up at us instead to start talking to us, and she was on her phone, ignoring us. It was very unusual, and you could tell she just hated being there. The second trip happened the evening of August 22.We ended up going to another competitor and spent about $9000 on our materials. Not going back.

Sadly the follow up service has been so horribly lacking. Rebuilding our home in Fort Myers Beach; living in St Pete and we bought too much tile. Normal 90 day return policy has passed so looking for an exception, yes and that is 100% understandable. Our difficulty is that the store has given us a reference number and asked us to call HQ; HQ stating it can only happen at store level.. you see where this is going. Nice people, great selection but we just can't get past this issue.

Overhead music was to loud, could not enjoy looking around, left the store within minutes of entering. People come to shop and not listen to loud music like in a bar or gym.

Never thought I'd have the need to rate a flooring store, but here we are. After a terrible botched polished concrete job, we had to quickly pivot and get new flooring to cover the catastrophe Dr. Terrazo (I know, I know) left in their wake. Enter Floor & Decor. Selection was fantastic - of course I fell in love with floor that was on clearance and discontinued, because I enjoy making everything impossible. Thanks to the amazing customer support, Floor & Decor ensured that not only will they help corral enough of this flooring from the greater Tampa Bay area stores to gather all we needed and then some, but also gave us an even better discount because we were buying out the stock at this location.They were patient, they were helpful. All 3 stores we went to for pickups - easy peasy and done with smiles. Whether they had me marked as "emotionally distraught, handle with care" or they could just sense my utter desperation clued in by the eye bags I had from ugly crying due to the shyster, Dr. Terrazo (I know, I know), I felt like they were taking care of us, genuinely. After almost 5 straight months of renovation struggles, I felt like something finally worked out. Keep up the great work F&D (St Petersburg, specifically!).
