I recently purchased a leather power couch from El Dorado Furniture in St. Petersburg, FL. The couch we purchased, in under 30 days, developed many issues. We sent pictures to our salesman Herman and he said the couch is defective and has never seen anything like this in his many years in the furniture business. El Dorado sent a third party furniture tech to examine the couch. The service technician explicitly informed both my wife and me that repairing this couch was not possible. Additionally, he mentioned his belief that the couch had been used prior to my ownership. Unfortunately, El Dorado proposed solution of a new frame will not resolve the following issues: 1. The leather has developed a peachy color in certain areas. 2. The leather surfaces of the couch have stretched, resulting in unsightly wrinkles throughout. 3. The left side of the couch is no longer aligned with the right side. There is a noticeable 1 3/4" drop on the left side compared to the right side. The couch is completely misaligned. I have attached photos showcasing all of these problems. El Dorado wants us to wait 15 to 20 weeks just to end up in the same situation we are currently in. It is disheartening to have a brand new couch that appears over 10 years old within a month and the company who sold it to us is not willing to exchange the couch for a different one.

I wasn’t sure about going in expecting mid west motif, I was thrilled to se it’s a great mixture of high quality modern, contemporary, and coastal designes. My sales person Milan was very knowledgeable and actually taught me about the quality of the seating (currant sofa seat sunk in). Not only was the customer service great the prices are fair! I didn’t know there are batteries for electric pieces that last up to 4 months (before recharge) so you don’t have electrical cords everywhere!I was ready for my new chairs early so I called and Trish helped me get them three days earlier! Wonderful customer service! I went to Tampa and several stores and the best place was 4 miles away.

Pricey when comparing two exact sofas. Not a huge inventory of choices. I wouldn't mind shopping there, but should just flush $500 down the commode before I go there.

This is my kind of furniture store. Everything is gorgeous! I'm going to but an all glass curio there this upcoming weekend. Everything is pricey but it shows!

Fred Ostermunchner gave the most amazing customer service I have ever received. I purchased my mustard yellow leather power recliners in a sofa and loveseat without seeing or sitting on the furniture. So many things could have gone wrong. Because of Mr. Fred's attention to detail and His willingness to spend countless hours sending pictures and tiny sample I was reassured that I was marrying the right color combinations by adding the blue jean leather swivel chair with adjustable headrest and ottoman with His suggestion. The color palette was Devine, allowing me to keep my french styled couch I so dearly loved.This gave a more eclectic favor rather than typical modern. This brought a more bright but unique ambience. I love it. I live in Texas and could not find this combination of color anywhere I looked in my year of searching . Especially in this plush leather with pillows on each side in a recliner. I now have my dream, a theater room/ guestroom. That's patience with a wonderful ending. He also alerted me that on the upcoming memorial day that a wonderful sale was coming up and it would help with shipping charges. God put Mr. Fred in my life to execute my endeavors to entertain again. Thank you Jesus and Mr. Fred.??

Wow, what a great experience from start to finish. After having been to about 10 different stores, we decided to stop into El Dorado upon a referral from a friend. Not being familiar with the company, we were skeptical at first, but wow, honestly, it was the best place we had been to. We were on the hunt for high quality leather, moderness, and a good warranty. We hit the jackpot, and had the most knowledgeable Sales Rep ever, Herman Zion. Ask for him if you go. Herman, and the entire team at the St. Pete location have gone above and beyond to help us. We LOVE our sectional, and highly recommend giving them a visit!

We looked at their website looking for office furniture. We found what we liked and called to make sure they had it on the showroom floor. We spoke with Jacob R and he confirmed that it was indeed on the floor. Also, Jacob would be available to help, since we live about 2 hours away it would be nice to be helped by the same person we spoke with. Jacob knew his inventory; it was a pleasure to work with him. We ordered the office furniture and made arrangements to have it delivered. Delivery went seamless, the crew was great. We put down paper on the floors prior but they brought in blankets to cover the rest of the floor. I always appreciate when someone takes the time to be careful. After seeing the desk, we had room to order a file cabinet to match. Did not have to drive back up, we called Jacob and got it ordered. Also, it is nice to have it delivered to our doorstep. Thank you, El Dorado Furniture, Jacob and the delivery crew, my husband has a nice office.

Let me start of by saying the quality of the service and the furniture it self is topnotch. Herman in particular is very patient and highly knowledgeable on all their products and can easily help you pick out what ever you are looking for. They have many unique styles that are priced competitively.

The furniture , can’t be compared with other furniture stores. The luxury stiles and wow factors are above the rest. Julissa was excellent helping us out to get what we wanted. She went beyond to make sure we were satisfied with combination of furniture to make Our choices the best for our home. Thank you Julissa, hoped the best for you, you were great to us.

We’ve had our Elise reclining sectional sofa for almost 3 months now and we couldn’t be any happier. We walked in the shop back in May just to browse with zero expectations. We were blown away by the fabulous style choices and the impeccable craftsmanship of the sofas: from the luxurious feel of the material down to the flawless stitching.
