This Vet is super knowledgeable and very friendly. The entire staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable as well. My puppy was on his last leg when we brought him into this facility and the vet was able to bring him back to life. He is a healthy happy pup now about to celebrate his 1st birthday and we absolutely recommend giving this place a shot. Cant say enough good about this place

Would highly recommend Skyway Animal Hospital. They are old school but the staff is so incredibly caring and thorough. Answered all our questions caring for our pup thus far.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Brought my dog here for an ear infection & to update his shots & they prescribed medicine with our EVER doing a cytology. Fast forward & he has a hematoma because his ear didn't get better. Fast forward AGAIN and the latest (& best) vet I've been going to calls to obtain records to see what medicine they prescribed him. Supposedly this clinic has 0 record of me ever bringing my dog here for an ear infection but they PRESCRIBED HIM MEDICINE.

I have been coming to Skyway for a little over a year with my dog. I'm not sure what has happened to this place since Covid but the staff has been rude, not professional and I have left completely upset the last two visits. The first visit 3 months ago, the tech came out to my car and said is this Cujo? I said no my dog's name is Bandit & she laughed and said yeah it's a joke. I said I don't understand the joke and she said well your dog Bites like Cujo. I said no, do you have the wrong dog? He's a rescue dog and scared to come to the vet, he sometimes shows his teeth but has never bitten anyone. She said my chart says differently. She then directed me to come with her to the back door of the clinic and handed me a leather mussel. I asked do you want me to put this on my dog? She said yes because I'm not getting bit today. I didn't even know how to put it on exactly and I thought, wow this is so unprofessional and she showed no compassion for me or my animal.Today I needed to pick up flea medication, so I called this morning to put in the refill. I was placed on hold for 10min and no one ever came back to the line so I hung up. When I called back 30 min later the woman on the phone said she would have it ready in 20 min for me to pick up. She didn't take my payment over the phone or tell me that I couldn't come to the desk and pick it up or anything else but to pick it up in 20min. When I arrived, I opened the front door to a woman immediately screaming at me to stop where I was and leave the facility. I said I'm only picking up medication and she said you have to get out, you aren't allowed in here! I understand we are in a pandemic, but I was in a mask, in the front door way, easily 25 feet away from any person, they are behind plexi glass and a closed door too and there was absolutely no need to treat me like that. Talk about unwelcoming, not professional and again could care less about how they treat me or my animal. I will never go back here, I should feel warm and welcomed at a vet and not leave feeling awful about how I am treated and how my animal is treated.
