“A pretty standard Dollar Tree experience. Store was somewhat clean and employees were somewhat friendly. The one thing that did stand out were the number of craft supplies.”

Although this location would be more convenient for me, I did stop going here. The store was always in disarray, filthy and service was non existent (especially at night).
I went in there today and immediately upon entering the store there was a different feel. As I walked through the isles I noticed things were changed around, items were hung, it was neat and wasn’t as filthy. I needed help and the young lady (with cornrows) was nice and helpful. I asked her if they’re re-doing the store. She said they started a few weeks ago. I told her it’s coming along nicely.
NOW, let’s see if they can keep it this way. I know there’s a shortage in quality people that have quality work ethics. Try to stop hiring people out desperation, STARTING WITH MANAGEMENT. (Not sure if it’s the same manager now, but she needs/needed ALOT more training. Everyone isn’t built to lead). I can give horror stories on why I stopped (in the past) frequenting this location.”
“This location is the cleanest and most organized Dollar General I have ever visited. Ryan the store manager was amazing today when I came in to conduct an audit as a vendor. He greeted me with a smile and said it would be OK to do my job. Love this kind of customer service!”
“Store seems small and crowded at timeS with items.. also at times it might be out of stock, but right now it IS our ONLY storre on this end of town. Which might explain much. Five STARS are for the employees.. always the best and so very friendly. Helpful also. Almost tipped today! Thankyou.”
“I went here to buy big huge bag of dry dog food that my dog eats. Shelves were empty. I’m disabled and it’s difficult for me to get out and drive to store to begin with so I was distressed that I’d now need to go to another location. I asked employee, Heather, if she’d check in back for unstocked new shipments and she gladly stopped what she was doing and returned with the bag I needed! “I stoped by the dollar general to pick up just a few last minute things for the holidays. Super stressed out and tired as I’m sure everyone is this time of year, and then I got to meet their lovely employee Josh. He was so upbeat, cheerful, and helpful. He defines holiday spirit. After I checked out he noticed a stalled out car in front of the store, and after making sure the registers were covered he and another employee helped push the car into safety in a spot, and he joyfully went right back to work. I feel the Dollar general is lucky to have such a positive and hard working employee. The holiday season is difficult for everyone especially this year but he was able to bring a smile to my day. I will definitely be returning because of his uplifting attitude.”

“This is my neighborhood store and I'm here at least 3 times a week sometimes. The staff has gotten to know me and my family and even recognize my son and his likes at local restaurants, because they're your neighbors too. They're also probably overworked and underpaid. If you're just stopping in and they're a little frazzled, please don't base your impression off one visit. I guarantee regular customers would say something different because they truly care.”
“I'm happy to report that the store no longer feels like an oven, and the back of the store no longer smells like a sewer.
The cashier was very friendly and courteous. I always had good experience with the cashiers here even when it was a bad work environment for the workers.

“I absolutely love the manager there (Don) as well as the assistant manager (Doug) they are both very hard workers but also make me laugh on a regular basis. I use to live near the DG Don worked at before he was transferred to this store. When he was transferred I was so sad to see him go. Lucky for me I moved a couple months after he was transferred and am now by his store again. Even more luck when I heard Doug was also transferred here. I give Don and Doug a lot of credit that's for sure. There is a lot that needs to be done in that store in terms of stocking the shelves BUT you've only got so many people that work there. Ave unfortunately there are people who will work the register and then when they're not busy just stand around rather than finding something to do. Not everyone is like that but there are a few. And the reason they do it is because they know they can. They know that it's hard to get people to work these days and that they need all the help they can get. Therefore they take advantage of the situation to the FULLEST!!”
“The staff there are helpful and kind. They were trying to stalk the store which needed it. They were out of a few things i needed. The isles are mostly wide enough but you couldn't get 2 carts going different directions.”
“Clean always very polite workers in the afternoon and evenings some young men work always very helpful, professional. Their mother did a wonderful job always helping the ladies with their bags to the car since the carts can go out the door.”
“The people who work at this store are very very nice...me being in wheelchair they help by opening the door especially if I'm having a bad day and just don't have the umf to push that door open...they are very knowledgeable about there store...if I can't get something of a high shelve...all I have to do is just ask for a little help...they always make me feel that I am genuinely shopping in My store”
“I have to leave this place a five-star review. This Dollar Tree used to be a dump. Today I went in and everything is neatly arranged and clean. Despite it being the day before thanksgiving! The staff is friendly, and there were actually two registers open. Obviously someone new is managing the store and is doing a great job!”
“Every time I go to the store I'm always greeted by a smiling face I miss her when she is not there. I have looked for things for my wife and I and she always directs me to the right aisle. Makes me laugh. Very professional and I am saddened when I go in there and she is not there I think her name is Liz.. maybe Li sete not sure but I look forward to seeing her when I come in I think she's a great employee”

“Good customer service. A little wait at checkout, but it's worth it for the prices. You can find groceries, drinks, seasonings, bread, snacks, cold and staple foods. Household cleaners, brooms, mops, rakes, garden items, pet foods, automotive items, tools, storage containers, kitchen cook ware, OTC health care, baby care, all occasions party goods, gift bags, card, seasonal decorations, office / school supplies, and ect.”
