Seems like they don’t know what they’re doing they served our tenants on Wednesday, May 12 and so we were trying to do the part two of the eviction on May 19 however after sitting at the courthouse and trying to get a hold of these people we find out that they had never filed the return of service so we wasted four hours at the courthouse and numerous phone calls back going back-and-forth and now the tenant has extra days Because of their your responsibility. Then I asked for a refund on this case because they had nine days to file the return of service claiming that they texted me for more information. My question is why didn’t you pick up the phone and call me if you supposedly texted me for information. Would not recommend them would not use them again. Ask for a refund she said no after their screwup for nine days. Use someone else they don’t know what they’re doing!

PINELLAS COUNTY SHERIFF REVOKED EVA MOORE'S LICENSE. Contacted Eva Moore to serve court papers, and after I gave them to her, she wouldn't answer her phone as to what happened to my legal documents! She promised to have them served in a timely manner, but she didn't. I caught her in so many lies, I contacted Pinellas County Sheriff, who had said Eva Moore had previous complaints--so many that the Sheriff's Dept. revoked her license to serve any summons again. UPDATE TO OWNER'S RESPONSE: Contact Pinellas Cty. Sheriff's Dept. of who is licensed as process servers and you'll find Eva Moore is NOT licensed to serve summons papers, and her response is just MORE LIES, it never ends.
