I prefer not to have gender politics as decorations at my bank though but I understand they may get a lot of pressure in St Pete for not celebrating sexuality. What that has to do with banking is beyond me. But I'm a hetero white man so I've been told a few times that my opinion isn't helpful or useful. So I guess I used to view it as acceptance but now I view it as hostility toward me. take it or leave it ?”

“I am a long time member of this bank system but this is only the second time I’ve dealt with this branch. I’m extremely pleased with their customer service.Today I came in with quite a number of nickels and dimes to trade for quarters so that I could do my laundry. The teller told me that they should already be rolled.That would be fine, I told her, but I no longer have a car to go home quickly and do that.Christie, the teller I worked with, was nice enough to help me count and roll over $76 in coins. I told her I had pennies at home so she not only gave me empty rollers but a plastic coin counter that the bank uses.”

In addition to this, the employees at the bank are top-notch. In particular, Kelly is the best. I could not be happier with this bank. Once again I put my mother and her wheelchair in my car. We went to the Eagles ParkBranch. I’m so glad we got Mohamed. He promised he would do everything he could to help us. He had great suggestions and was so kind and helpful to my 93 year old mother.”

The loan officer(I'm guessing is her title) was helping serve customers but she acknowledged me and told me it would be a few min. I said that's fine. Within I'm guessing 5 min tops she called me over and helped me finish my app. I appreciate her help just wish I could remember her name. Would definitely recommend this office.”

“Top level customer service. From the greeter as you come in the door offering water in an extremely professional way. To the counter service and up to an accounts employee. Helped me find a BBVA account from years ago that was hard to find because it had been years since I accessed this account with zero funds in it. Trying to find it after their 2023 merger. They spent an hour or better checking all their systems. Finally they found it. Courteous, Professional and kind. Great crew. Highly recommend.”
“I just have a give credit to this wonderful bank. Every time I step in, it’s always a warm welcome no matter what. I was upset with a discrepancy with my car loan, and immediately it was handled and clarified to me. I obviously misunderstood, but I was treated with so much love. Andre one of the managers is absolutely phenomenal. He brought my grandmother and into his office , explained the situation and clarified it with me with such grace.
