I bought a top at their full price, and discovered, after I got it home that there were 2 spots front and center on my left breast. The top is unwearable. I asked to return it, or at the very least, to exchange it for another of equal price. They refused.Experiences like this leave a very bad vibe with me as, having been in retail most of my life, my golden rule was consistently "The customer is always right". Every store should want return customers, not unhappy ones.

I’m thrilled with my purchase of a beautiful designer bag here. Nikki went out of her way to make me feel welcome and the level of customer service I received was top notch.The selection of jewelry, clothing, shoes, and home wares is truly amazing.I will definitely be back to see what other treasures await!

This store is AWESOME! These beautiful women who run it are AWESOME! And their inventory is AWESOME. They have super high-end stuff, really nice normal priced stuff; everyday cute, adorable stuff. It's always a pleasure to shop here.

As someone who was loyal to this establishment and it’s sister store, I am extremely disappointed in the manner we were treated today as well as their pricing which is way too high. These items are USED or not wanted by the consigner. It’s not Neiman Marcus. There are too many great consignment and resale options who are friendly and reasonable in the area. No one should have to deal with their rude staff who are caddy and snide. The prices aren’t justified. When u have items over 6 months to a year old, look overly used, or stained, they should discount further especially when someone is loyal and purchasing several items. And speaking poorly about other clients to others is ridiculously unacceptable. That’s simply bad business. My friend put her large amount of items back because of the way we were treated. Treat your consumers better or they will choose to give there business elsewhere as we have. The good news is we won’t be shopping here or dealing with it EVER again!

A lot of the designer items are older/vintage. I’ve gone here multiple times and I like a lot of their home goods things though I’ve always left empty handed. Hoping I’ll find different things another time.

WOW! What a Terrific Fashion Resource--I can't believe the wealth of 'goodies' this shop contains! The inventory changes frequently (meaning: I never fail to find new treasures to drag home!!)Love the housewares as well as the ever so gently worn (AND SOMETIMES NOT) couture/jewelry/and....Chanel/Louis Vuitton handbags (be still my heart): they have better inventory than International Mall (not to mention Better prices).I know this shop really gets poppin' with people from time to time--be patient all, they Never fail to serve!Nikki has been so very helpful, kind...Grace....Julie (how to Thank you all, I feel like I'm accepting an Emmy---ha ha)--no matter how busy they get, I always feel pampered.Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

Absolutely one of the best high end designer consignment stores in St. Petersburg. I went there last month looking for a gift for my daughter who achieved a PhD in nuclear biometrics. She's a fashion nut and I wanted to surprise her. The selection of quality consignment goods was plentiful. They have a great selection of Purses, clothes, and jewelry. I was assisted by a wonderful team member. I don't remember her name but she was a young lady with shoulder length brown hair. She was very helpful, polite, and professional. It took me a while to find that special gift and she was very helpful. In fact, I bought the one she recommended and my daughter loves it. Now she wants more Prada. I hadn't originally planned to leave a review on Yelp but when I looked up the store to show my daughter where I had purchased the handbag, I noticed a recent review by Jessica O and couldn't believe the malarkey I was reading. She'll make a good Karen when she grows up. Exactly what the world needs, another lawyer named KAREN. Was she referring to the young lady who helped me? Wow, Jessica needs to chill. She obviously has an axe to grind. Maybe she wanted to consign something that wasn't up to par. Or perhaps she thought she was at a Flea Market and wanted to negotiate with a low ball. Not the experience I had nor what seems to be shared by other reviews. Bottom line folks - this is the place to shop for high end quality merchandise. The team is well prepared to help you find that special something.

My biggest question is do I return because of the great and diverse inventory or the amazing people. Nikki is awesome in her knowledge of the inventory, her patience and kindness, and amazing commitment to customer service. Stop by for a new pair of jeans or a perfect smile of welcome. You will return often for both.
