If I could give zero stars I would! My stylist was very sweet and she knew she had messed up by offering for me to come back and fix it for free, which I appreciate but I am embarrassed and my hair felt so fried and damage l didn't want to go back. The part that upsets me the most is the unprofessional owner who did not want to make things right. They called him as he wasn't in the salon, he was very rude to me while I was crying and told me that if l didn't pay the $248 l would get the cops called on me. I said I would pay for the cost of the products but that was not good enough and was threatened with the cops again. I was at the salon for over 4 hours, why attempt something you can not do! I told the stylist if this wasn't possible we can do something else but yet it was still done, l knew something was wrong when I had a head full of foils balled up in my hair. The lines l have in my hair is horrible. Needless to say l will be wearing my hair up. I feel bad for the stylist that has to work for such a poor owner. Beware and stay away!! I will NEVER be going back not after the way l was treated. I did not get the hair color l Wanted, I'm out $248 and got threatened with the cops. Disgusting and unprofessional ownership!!

Everything was perfect, heaven was perfect; however they weren’t able to get my hair as straight as I wanted it, but besides that everything was natural and healthy for my hair.

I went to Kelsey for a full head foil and dimension. . I had some issues going in with red undertones And uneven tones. I was borderline color correction . She is also doing my extensions. I think her choice of toner and her application got me the most precise results I ever had. I have such confidence in her and excitement for my extensions. I’ve had them before but the color was never really right so I settled for the length and vulnerable. This was different, she understood what I wanted and she was able to do it. It was my first time in this salon. Every guest I saw while I was there walked out looking beautiful and happy. I could not be more excited to have her put my extensions in this week and maintain my hair going forward. Prices are reasonable. Great products. My daughter who is 20 said she never saw my color look so good and dimensional.

I've only been here two times and both times I've received a beautiful haircut and good product recommendations from Kalyn. Additionally, the people at the front desk are super helpful and kind. The other week they made a mistake and charged me too much. When they realized the mistake, they ran out to my car to get me before I left and immediately fixed it. From that situation - I have the highest opinion of this salon. 10/10. I will always come back here.

Once again Doug did his thing!!!! I have been going to Doug for 5 yrs now and he always goes above and beyond. The salon is clean and pleasant. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. This is a 5 star salon in my book. Doug never does me wrong. I always trust his opinion. If I ask him about a style, cut or a color he always gives his honest answer and he’s not been wrong yet!!! Love this place and Love, Love my hair ????
