Tanya Rodriguez was amazing and made my whole week! She was so kind and helpful. After calling a different state farm office and no one got back to me I called David's office and worked with Tanya. Tanya was a problem solver and honest, it was like talking to a friend. State Farm save me $2,000 for 6 months! Highly recommend State farm and if you do call Tanya! :)

This State Farm office is THE best there is!!! I’ve been with State Farm for a decade and this office keeps me going with State Farm renewal after renewal. Luana and Tanya are always prompt and professional. They are extremely knowledgeable and work extra hard to get things done in a timely manner. I forever recommend this office and agency for all of your insurance needs!!

has had a policy for over 10 years i have now been treated with such disrespect and disregard over my policy. i payed in full for my business policy quited one price bought it. not even 30 days later i get a call saying i owe more money. get it taken care of were i owe no money now. come to find out they are still trying to charge me 166.12 dollars a month. i get round and round no one will call me back when i call and ask to come in to speak to some one i get left out side for 20 min because door is locked when i had a appointment. to this day things still are not taken care of.
also would like to add cant even enter a right vin number so when i go to dmv to renew my tags shows i do not have insurance. get threated to have my driver license suspended. called over a month a go to have this fixed still don't even know if this is fixed either worst company agent ever
update as of 1245 pm today all i get told is we can cancel your pollicy.
really customer for years and just want to cancel and not help fix the prombelm ok

I contacted the office of David Vargas to see what options were available to me for homeowners insurance. I had the pleasure of working with Tanya Rodriguez. Tanya was extremely helpful throughout the entire process - I changed providers in the middle of the current policy. She was very informative and patient, always making sure to answer/address all my questions and concerns. Tanya also knew exactly what was needed and provided sound timeframes, which is impressive when dealing with two insurance companies and the mortgage company! She was an all around pro and made the transition nice and seamless.

Alvaro's exceptional service and expertise truly made a difference in turning our dreams into reality.
Alvaro went above and beyond to secure insurance for our new-to-us 1973 Willard trawler. Despite the reluctance of other insurance companies to insure a boat of that vintage, Alvaro was able to make the process smooth and seamless.
Being Canadians, navigating the purchasing of insurance in the US for the first time was a challenge in itself. Alvaro patiently walked us through each step, addressing our concerns with professionalism and clarity, ultimately providing us with peace of mind.
