Great stay! The staff and service was extremely polite and welcoming. Paula greeted me upon arrival and was a very pleasant host throughout my stay. Definitely will return!

We were greeted by Jenn who was exceptionally pleasant, helpful and full of info for us. Great person!!! The hotel is historic and very beautiful, clean and quiet. We had a beautiful room. They have a huge layout for breakfast which we enjoyed. We will definitely stay there again.Tim & JanetRoom “204”

We loved our stay at Crystal Bay Hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful, esp the front desk staff and the man clearing dishes at breakfast.Lovely decor, cozy. Comfy beds, spacious room. Would definitely come back when I return to Florida.❤️
