Erna is absolutely amazing. I don’t have enough kind words to say about her. She assisted me in obtaining a new Florida policy promptly and cheaply. She called to follow up on my issues and concerns exactly when she said would. To find an individual who is not only effective at their job but also reliable is a rare thing these days but Erna goes above and beyond. She exceeded my expectations and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
