Again, waited too long for an oil change. 3 hours. Asked why, always the same response "we are understaffed". It only takes 1 person to change the oil. Last time we waited 6 hours because they took all the walk ins before our appointment. Feeling like the quality of service has gone down over the year. Getting more tempted to just go to Jiffy Lube.

Crown Hyundai St Petersburg, Fl Terrible service and terrible Genesis service agent. Genesis owners get a dedicated service agent.Had a 1:30 pm appointment Dec. 6, 2023 for my 2010 GenesisAgent Brady or Bradley, what ever, tells me he doesn't have any appointments left didn't bother to check his computer. I tell him I have a 1:30 appointment he checks and tells me I have to pay for service because car is out of warranty, I know that! Did not spend any time telling me what is required or recommended, Unfortunately the previous Genesis service agent was excellent but no longer at Crown. The reason I came to Crown is because car has almost 40,000 miles and I want to know if anything needs checking. Have an oil filter & change and tire rotation.I was told 1.5 hours for an oil and filter change. When I asked why so long the reply was it is a synthetic oil & filter change I don't understand why synthetic oil change takes much more time than regular oil change! Next time I will go to the local 5 Minute Oil Change, no appointment and much cheaper and much faster! Finaly after 3 hours I was out of thereI have been going to Crown Hyundai since 2012, This was my last time.R. Masin

Terrible service department. Extremely rude and unhelpful. They don't seem to even know the basics of customer service and don't seem to care. I was not the only one getting spoken to rudely. Also very pricey just to even look at your car. I will avoid at all costs.

I brought my car in there back in August for warranty work and recall fix. We live an hour away so stayed on site for service was quotes 2 to 3 hours, 7 hours later we left with only half the work done and was told parts would be needed to complete service. During the 7 hour wait time thebcommunication was non existent and it was only when asked why all items were not completed that they informed us that parts would need to be ordered. It is now November and even though I have spoken to the service manager once (only after leaving a Google review) I still have ZERO communication on IF the parts were ever ordered or when they expect them in. I have called back multiple times and left messages (because no one in service ever seems to answer their phone) and have still not heard back from anyone. Leaving this review in hopes they will see it and give me a call back.

WORST CAR EXPERIENCE EVER!! Crown had my car fixed under recalls over MONTH AGO...NO ONE EVER CALLED TO LET ME KNOW.I am handicapped and had to pay for Ubers to and from doctors appointments for the past 5 weeks meanwhile my car was sitting on the lot fixed!! I picked the car up and it quit on me a mile down the road. While shopping there today I told them what my financial situation could afford and of course they come back with a monthly payment $200 above what I could afford. The icing on the cake? No loaner car for me ended up ubering home after a total waste of my time. Car is sitting on the lot broken because they are so inept. I will be towing it elsewhere they have lost my business for life as well as my friends and family. I have spread the word alllll over! And will continue to....You lose crown! Ha!PS my dad that was with me earlier today is in the market for a high end vehicle (deeeep pockets) was going to look at new vehicles there. No longer! Boy did you miss out!

Parts dept is a great help! The delivery process is longer than normal, but they are always very eager to take care of their customers.

I had my car towed last Saturday morning for repair. Called on Monday to check in and left an initial message. No response. After several additional calls, went in person on Tuesday afternoon. Regretfully, the tow truck operator put my car key in the Dropbox without filling out the contact information. A service advisor figured it might be my car key, it was and asked me to provide my phone number and she'd call me so I could return to work. She called me after she found it and said she'd call me back. That was Tuesday around 2 pm. It is now Thursday at 9:14 pm. I have heard nothing despite numerous phone calls. I've left a detailed message with the manager today. No reply. Due to the generosity of my coworkers and friends and Uber I've been able to get to work. this is NOT the place to go for help if you need help

I wanted to leave a stellar review for the service center. Chris and Ryan (manager) specifically did an excellent job of active listing and sympathizing with the urgency of the situation. Our car was covered under a warranty for an issue that would have put us in a very substantial financial bind. Their communication and accommodations were very generous, from communicative emails and message alerts on the status on the repair, to providing a rental vehicle free of charge during the duration of the repair. Excellent work gentlemen.

I went to Crown Hyundai today to buy a part for my mothers car because you cannot make an appointment until late November sometime. The part number is 813100-2 S000. It is an Laych-Assy-Door, LHand they wanted $411.47 for it. I went on eBay and bought it for $45 shipped right to my house. That is highway robbery that is Robbing consumers of their hard earned money. but it makes sense on how crown is able to build all these fancy car show rooms.

Did a trade in and bought a hundai. Price was right miles we're good. The team was really nice and helpful Glen gassbaro sold me my car very funny guy, buddy had me laughing the whole process we kept cracking jokes made it a fun experience. Was pretty quick no pressure sale. I would recommend great team.

I purchased a pre-owned BMW from Kenny Sweet and Tony Vining at their Hyundai store, a few months ago. I waited to write this review because, like everyone, I wanted to see how they treated me after the sale.Well, I can honestly say that Tony and Kenny have been extremely attentive to any of my questions or concerns. Not only that, the guys in finance have been great too.I purchased an extended warranty for the BMW and had some serious questions on the 30th day. Van, who initially had assisted me, was not available. However, another finance manager, whose name I don't remember, hopped on the phone and answered my questions. Turns out I had nothing to worry about. Then as we talked, he offered me great advice on something that only benefited me. Man, totally unexpected!!Let me close out with this. They have been great from the beginning to many many months later. Easily 5 stars!
