Bought a Yukon Denali from Crown Buick GMC. My salesman was Michael Suttles. Mike was an excellent salesman. He wasn't pushy and made the process super easy. I was shopping around at several dealerships and he's the reason I chose Crown.

Updated: I am currently sitting at the dealership waiting to have air put in my tires. I usually have no problems and am helped fairly quickly with friendly service. This time, I’ve been waiting for someone to help me for almost a half hour… I walked inside and the gentleman at the service desk used a tone as if it would be an inconvenience to help. I have nitro and do not know where else to get it or I would. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced here. I have purchased 2 vehicles from this lot and have never been treated so poorly. Previous review: My service advisor, Dave Biagi, is absolutely great. I brought my truck in for service and he addressed the issues I had promptly. He was patient and is very personable. I am very satisfied with the service I received thru the service department. ?

What a pleasant experience it was to work with Crown and specifically Tammy Wagner. She kept us up to date, informed and made the whole process truly enjoyable. Sometimes it can be intimidating for someone to purchase a new vehicle but this was honestly one of the easiest and straightforward purchases I’ve ever made. I happily recommend anyone who would like a vehicle to stop by and let Tammy work with you.

Absolutely loved how accommodating they were for me! Drew was the absolute best, and super kind helping me get my new truck. He was able to take my phone call in the morning and by the evening i drove off in my new truck. Nothing but appreciation for him and the team here.

I appreciate Chris Walker’s help with purchasing a Buick Envista. He assisted with the appointment, test driveling the car, was extremely knowledgeable about the car, and finally the purchase. I recently had my vehicle serviced at Crown. While my vehicle was there, I was asked if I wanted a complimentary vehicle assessment for possible trade. When I agreed and after I received a favorable trade value, I was referred to Tammy Wagner in Sales. Tammy thoughtfully listened to my vehicle desires and developed a list of vehicles she thought might interest me. Tammy spent a considerable amount of time answering all questions with knowledge and competence. Tammy is a true sales professional with a customer first attitude. Her follow-up is exceptional willing to talk whether she is working or not. If you are interested in a new vehicle and want a no nonsense sales experience, ask specifically for Tammy Wagner. You will not be disappointed.

My salesman at Crown, Jeff Steinmetz, handled the purchase of my new truck with extreme efficiently which I greatly appreciated. Most of the details were handled by phone and email prior to my arrival at the dealership. When I arrived, all the paperwork had been prepared and was ready to sign. It only took about 30 minutes and I was on my way home. Great job Jeff!

I just wanted to say how much of an easy and enjoyable experience Mike Suttles made buying my new (to me ) 2023 Ford F150 Tremor! From start to finish Mike was engaging and eager to answer any and all questions I had with the vehicle and buying process. That’s why I flew from Rhode Island to Crown Buick GMC to purchase this vehicle! Even after the sale while I was driving 1300 miles back home, Mike called and checked to make sure everything was going well! Mike takes customer satisfaction to heart!

I brought my issue free truck with <50k miles in for an oil change and tire rotation. The said i had a main seal leak that was covered under power train. Of course they still charged me for the full oil change, not just the filter. A few miles later, I have 6 codes going off and my new service center asked me what work did I have done to my transmission as there's evidence they removed wires. I also noticed that a lot of these bad reviews are recent. Seems like a trend. If you care about your car, take it somewhere else.
