I didn't end up purchasing from the Crowne Buick location, but I wanted to leave a review for Kyle. I wasn't looking for a GMC vehicle, but they had what I was looking for based on my preferences of used SUVs. Kyle took about an hour with me to test drive, answer my questions, and share with me their offer on the car. As I wasn't making a decision that day (I was looking at 5 of the same models that weekend in various locations), he understood that there wasn't any hard feelings if I decided to not go with him. I would have loved to do business with him based on his personality and willingness to help me find what I was looking for in a not-so-pushy manner. Ultimately, I did go with a different trim package that had about 10,000 less miles, so it really came down to best value for my dollar. If I could have picked who I wanted to buy from, Kyle would have been at the top of my list!Thank you, Kyle, for the attention to detail and help you provided to me. If anyone I know is looking for GMC cars or even something pre-owned at the St. Pete lot, I would send them Kyle's way in a heartbeat!

I bought a car from them and they said they were a good company and there was a warranty on the vehicle for 6000 miles or 6 months. I drove it for less than 2 months and less than 3000 miles and the car started leaking oil from the motor. They said the warranty would not cover that. I called the company and they said they would help with 10% which is nothing. They gave me the price of $4K to fix the problem. It is a big lemon and a bad business when the company doesn't stand by its cars. They did not inspect this vehicle and sold it to me for almost $30K dollars. The car is a 2017 Yokun Excell Model GMC with 105k miles driven and which is not a cheap car either. $30,000 I paid for it. What a waste of money and now I have to deal with this lemon. Completely unfair.

I had service for a small oil leak. They replaced the oil pan gasket, oil filter gasket and water pump billing me $2K. A few days later I noticed the oil problem was not fixed and my car is now leaking more oil. Do not go to Crown GMC for auto service.

Bought my Yukon XL Denali from Crown GMC in 2021. A few small issues and routine services have put me in front of John Grundon in the service department a few times. He has been very professional, polite, understanding, and knowledgeable. I have painted some parts of the my truck and they did great at a good price. John is the best and they do good work. I generally don't like dealerships but I am very pleased with Crown and specifically with John Grundon.

This dealership sold me a car and writhing 24hrs the car needed a transmission. The general managers response was "I've bought cars that needed work and I just had to deal with it". Also sold me a car with brake pads below 3mm. Joke of a dealership. The general manager here runs an actual clown show.

After having a bad experience at a local Chevrolet dealership, I brought my Suburban to Greg Barry who had serviced my last two Yukons. Greg was very professional and timely in servicing the vehicle and seamlessly integrated this vehicle back into his service department- he followed through with the extended warranties and took care of every detail. It was a wonderful experience and when I came to pick up my vehicle I left our son's car with him to service next. Very happy to be back at Crown GMC with our vehicles.Click to Copy

One of the better service experience of a dealership, ask for Lexi she was polite an very communicative with me, I had to drop it off an being from out of town I was hesitate because dealership always seems to find something "extra". Needed to have a throttle bottle replaced or was told by another dealership, was holding out but drove to Florida an it popped back up a few times as a error code so took it in Explained my deal an Lexi found another option was up front said this could take care of my situation, but it could not work an still have to replace the throttle. The option worked an Lexi saved me extra 800. So being the experience I had I would definitely tell you to give Lexi an Crown Buick a try

Leon helped found the truck of my dreams. He was very friendly and his service was impeccable. I was so excited to see the Denali when we arrived to the dealership. Everything he told me about the truck helped me make an informed decision on my purchasing a vehicle. Crown GMC is a dealership that I would highly recommend to anyone, especially if you are looking for something beautiful and with top notch service.

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to work with Boris at Crown Buick GMC to get me into a new GMC Sierra. This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle from Crown GMC and I cannot say enough good things about the dealership and the people that work there. I shopped around quite a bit with some other vehicle brands and dealerships, and I can promise you that you that by far Boris at Crown was the most honest, down to earth, and genuine sales person I worked with. More important than anything, Boris is not "pushy" at all. He will make sure you are getting the vehicle that suits you best and you are happy with. In addition to that, Boris & Crown provide very clear pricing to their vehicles. There are no "BS" charges or hidden fees that you will see at other dealerships (especially given the current market conditions). Another thing to note is that Crown gave me the highest offer for my trade compared to 3 other offers. Lastly, I can say the whole process & experience was quick & efficient... typically buying a car can take hours and you will experience a salesman going back & forth and constantly disappearing. This was not the case at Crown. Boris was with us throughout the entire process and even consistently offered snacks and drinks and even made us a plate of nachos with chicken & queso! When my wife's lease is up next year we will be heading straight back to Crown to see Boris. In summary, save yourself the time & frustration of going anywhere else. Go see Boris at Crown, he will take care of you.

Mr Schrock I did call and was told you would call me back when you're in the office. You never did. So not only did your salesman lie about this truck but obviously customer service isn't a priority either. Crown Buick GMC has ruined my opinion of GMC. I am a first time GMC owner. Wont buy a second.
