Not the greatest experience or what I had hoped for being new to medical cannabis.
I was able to complete the intake process but spent the entire time feeling.lost.
I was not provided all the information needed for my first visit ( like bring your cellphone as you WILL need this to basically register yourself while someone assists)
The intake nurse was nice one moment and NOT nice the next. ...more interested in relaying her own medical history than empathizing with my own.
The Dr, was very nice but seemed rushed to get me processed.
The whole experience could have been better. I am not sure if I'll return or not.
The information I received on a temporary card / email was incorrect. I DID receive a printable email the next day with instructions from the state registration dept. on how to use this along with photo ID until my new card is mailed.
I can not recommend this wholeheartedly...it will get the job done, that's about it.

I was immediately welcomed and given the information I needed by Santos, who was very sweet and understanding. Emily was amazing and made me feel very comfortable and helped me understand the information. Dr Okomski was awesome, she was very upbeat and kind and compassionate. Everyone in the office made the process easy and comfortable, I am happy to have them all as my team for my treatment. I highly recommend coming here especially as a new patient and you have lots of questions, they are super informative and they are very down to earth!

Had a simple request to move mg's from 1 account to another, the nurse screwed it up so badly, she has to use the state as an excuse saying you can call the state if your not happy. They over charge, they won't take responsibility for their own actions, plenty of good, reasonably priced places to use. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY

Was not informed I needed to bring proof of qualifying condition, when I said I didn’t have it the lady got huge attitude and said they do things legally there, never offering any solutions just kept repeating that they do things legally there. Very shady!!!!!

They let my Dr referral laps and expire. I called from the dispensary at 9am to fix it, they didn't call me back until late afternoon and thought it was funny. They told me I'd have to wait until my appointment and wouldn't let me come in early. All good, their loss! I got a Dr from a radio ad, seen me the same day for 1/2 the price. Who's laughing now? This is needed medicine for people not a joke!

Dr. Thomas and her amazing team(Alex and Tanya) at Compassionate Care Clinic are the best! I mean that!!!
This was the best doctors office experience I have EVER had! Extremely informative and knowledgeable, they made me feel so comfortable! You should go see Dr. Thomas!
