They towed my vehicle while I was visiting a friend. Decided to stay there instead of driving drunk.
I was beyond infuriated that someone touched my property without permission and actually waited a few days to calm down.
I called the non emergency line, tracked it down and called them.
They were polite which helped to de escalate the situation.
When I picked up my truck the owner was apologetic and explained he was just doing his job. Actually a very cool person.
As weird as this sounds they actually made a client. My truck was clean and returned in the matter it was taken. He also discounted the rate because he felt bad.
It is unfortunate that someone had to do this but this was the correct way to handle these types of situations. Very professional and polite. They defused the situation and were pros.
Pro enough to make someone that their vehicle towed leave them a 5 star positive review.

Tag E0669E driving south I4 around 10:35pm towards universal studios. On way to work and driver is driving like he’s on need for speed underground 5 stars in with 3 ,12 packs of bud light. Very unprofessional, bad look for company safety is definitely not on his priority list.

I had a great experience with Costal Towing. I used them to tow my car to an auto repair shop the other day and they came right away. My driver was Johnny. There was a small miscommunication with the addresses but things happen and Johnny handled it appropriately. Johnny was extremely friendly and comfortable to work with. He communicated everything very well. Pricing for this towing company is extremely great! I would 10/10 recommend and give Johnny a raise!Service: Car towing

I mistook this towing company with another who towed my daughter's car, who is a minor. I was irritated and probably not the nicest, and still, this company was kind, understanding, and explained that it was not them. They could have cussed me out, I probably deserved it, but they didn't. I appreciated that since I was already so upset that my kid was stranded over an hour from home by herself. Thank you for being empathetic to my feelings and staying professional!!
