I tend to refrain from posting negative comments, but truly the attitude of one employee can really affect the overall reputation of a business. I pulled in to speak to Roberto who right off the bat had poor eye contact and poor customer service... I proceeded to ask I needed an oil change and that I noticed I have a nail on my rear tire... short answered he responded "your looking at 5hrs for oil change" and "hr for your tires". I said ok, no time for oil change will someone be able to take a quick look and assess my tire, he said yeah one hr we don't do quick assessments... Sorry, but every mechanic business I have ever been too, I am greeted by a mechanic and they come over to my car regarding my concerns...its called quality customer service. I proceeded to say thank you and as I am pulling out another mechanic noticed and came over and said not going to wait? I said, not with the terrible customer service, and poorly Roberto CHOOSES and replies "she didn't like my attitude" You are correct Roberto, your attitude is poor reflection of your job, and completely unacceptable to act so shameless towards a woman... . If your not happy leave your job...its 2022!

Absolutely amazing food! The roast beef on Cuban bread was the best sandwich I've ever had! Citrus cake was to die for and the macaroni salad was awesome too! I can't wait to try their breakfast. Order early because they tend to see out of popular items before noon.

I first popped into Mavis Discount Tire on N. 4th St., where there was not one person behind the check-in counter, and there were people in line. Seeing that I was probably going to be waiting a long time, I remembered Bob Lee's was just down the street. I only had one tire that needed attention. Mavis would've sold me a whole new tire. Bob Lee's, not only took care of me right away, but I checked my tire for a leak, which turned out to be the culprit, patched it up, had me in and out within an hour, and only cost me $35. Also, their customer service was absolutely incredible and they took care of me from the minute I pulled up and were friendly from the minute I got out of my car to the moment I signed off on my bill. They saved me time, they saved me a lot of money, and they made me feel valued as a customer. If you ever have a tire need in St. Petersburg, go to locally-owned Bob Lee's first. This is why they have been in business for 1000 years. Yay Bob Lee's.

Breakfast is just as great as lunch. Do not hesitate to visit Orange Belt inside Bob Lee's! One man operation an he cranks out incredible food.

Bob Lee's is a St Pete gem. Service is unbelievably quick and very reasonably priced. They are so efficient and have done work for us on a classic car, FJ Cruiser and a Mini Cooper. I trust them.

Amazing place and a St. Pete staple! They always get the job done, on time and with no hassle and some of the best prices. The location is super convenient and the place is very clean for a tire shop. I've always gotten tires from them and done business with them and plan to keep it that way. Absolutely recommend if you need any tire for any car and don't want to get ripped off at other shops!

Odd location in side Bob Lees Chevron, however the best diner food you will find. Had half a Cuban and Black Bean Soup just absolutely delicious. Highly recommend. Enjoy

I found the service to be excellent. The head of the service group, Reno called me three times to discuss the starting issues. He and his crew are very competent. I will go back to them for sure.

I damaged one of my tires Christmas week and needed it fixed in time for a Christmas road trip. It was an odd OE brand and I wanted it to match the other 3 tires. I called around and everyone said it would be after the Holiday or I could get a different brand. Robert from Bob Lee said no problem, I can have it tonight. I went in first thing the next morning and was in and out quickly. Every person I spoke to from the greeter to the cashier were super friendly. Bob Lee will definitely be my go-to for car repairs from now on!

Probably the most distasteful experience walking in...Did not get greeted, even being at the counter.Tried ordering a breakfast sandwich to be rudely told breakfast was over at 11 and it was too late.Which would have been fine in any other case and I would just choose something else... but it was 10:50 and he was not even working on any orders. To make matters worse, I'm pretty sure he was the owner of the cafe Needless to say, I did not stick around to eat.

The reason Bob Lee's has been in business this long is the quality of their work and customer service. I had a small tire issue and stopped by on my way to work. I was immediately greeted by Richard at the check-in desk. He got me in system and had me out in less than 30 minutes! Lennell worked on my tire and made sure my car was safe to drive.

The reviews are true.... the food is absolutely worth a try! Wonderful customer service, and everything is made from scratch. You can eat at the cafe, while you wait on your car, or call ahead for takeout!
