I had a probate/beneficiary issue I had to take care of with Chase Bank. The bank officer who handled the situation was Kristy Rose. She was a total pleasure to deal with! Very professional and kind. I'm so grateful for her knowledge and compassion in dealing with my business. A+ recommendation!

Don’t get quarters from here. All 3 rolls on two trips had a fake quarter and a nickel in them.

I opened an account today and Kristy was incredibly helpful. I’ve never had an experience like this at the bank. She is a true professional and extremely approachable and was able to break options down for me in a way that I could understand. I feel that she genuinely wanted the best for me and my finances. Then I met the manager, Mike, who was very welcoming and warm hearted. Very excited to be banking with Chase and have these connections at this branch!

Best staff, fantastic manager, amazing customer service. I always look forward to going here. They are very helpful, kind and courteous. I wish every bank was run as well as this one. They take care of me like no other. I highly recommend this branch. Thanks for a great experience.

The worst location only Two parking spaces you had better be on foot! Very tight squeeze to park in an narrow alleyway. I only went cos the conputer was down @ my usual location & it was a bear as downtown driving is anyway! Only gave two stars cos the attendant was pleasant & totally agreed w me ty.

Was in a hurry to get to work and my card was compromised so I had to get cash. They showed me how to use my digital card and had 2 tellers on site who are fast and efficient. They answered their phones too and I got to my appointment on time. Highly recommend this branch.

Good location the employees are rude and not very inviting not do they know how to hold a basic conversation. I'm glad I only need to go in once a month I will try not to go in at all. If I can help it.
