If you are looking for a hands off professional install and do not want to use one of the nearby DIY retailers choose Bob's Carpet & Flooring. However if you are familiar with the nearby buy-it-by-the-box and DIY type of flooring retailers whereas you can take back any unopened and unused supplies this is not that type of service. Once you bought it, it's yours. So be careful to get an accurate measurement and cut back as much as possible on residuals (overage) for which you have no future use. Otherwise buy your own materials so you can take back any unopened and unused residuals. Bob's Carpet & Flooring technician, Sean was great! He kept a schedule, treated my home with respect, and worked quickly.”

“A 5 Star experience at The Carpet Store. My salesperson Eric was wonderful. He's knowledgable, helpful, and has great follow through on every detail. It's refreshing to find this in the retail sales world these days. Never did I feel he was pushy. Just the opposite as he took the time to explain styles of carpet, price points and everything else I could want to know about buying carpet. Definitely ask for Eric!I also need to give a HUGE shout out to the install team. Larry the manager went above and beyond with his customer service. We had a "hiccup" in the install process and he took care of it immediately and the gentleman he sent out Chris Dunning did an amazing job. Ask for Chris on your install, you also won't be disappointed!”
